Cons: "Getting on and off the plane took some time, but doesn't it always? Economy class was slightly more comfortable than many other airlines, but nothing to write home about. Qatar Airways really shone in the food, the service (both onboard and off) and the entertainment. Good experience."

Cons: "Much ballyhooed A350-1000 has noisy engines rudely interrupting my enjoyment of the entertainment system - may be my seats were too close to the engines. The seats are not all that comfortable though perhaps wider than usual configuration in economy."
Cons: "During check-in, I observed inconsistent application of rules with respect to hand luggage. My carry-on and laptop bag combined were 12 kgs and was told that I had to pay excess baggage fees. While, there were quite a few people on the plane whose hand luggage was clearly above 12 kgs."

My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."

Cons: "The flight was not overly crowded and many of the passengers were seated with three people per set of seats while others were seated individually and able to spread out with much more comfort. I felt that when the flight crew saw this they could have made everyone much more comfortable by switching people to two people per row thus giving them more room especially on such a long flight."

Pros: "The QA Crew acted with courage during very severe turbulence, continuing to be professional despite injuries"
Cons: "QA HQ did not respond to the emergency with professionalism. They did a decent job w/hotel accommodation but only the hotel reception provided any communication. Only constant complaints led to food being provided at the airport after a 6 hour wait to board. No compensation was offered by QA when we arrived in Doha. Nothing. Exceptionally poor performance by an airline you expect more from."

We got to the gate too early (by maybe 10 mins before boarding time) so we were told to sit outside of the designated seating area and that they would make an announcement when we should go back up there. There was never an announcement, but we felt it was getting late so we went to check at the desk and they then said we were late and they were waiting on us. They were very nice about everything, but just thought that was really strange."

Cons: "I have flown many international miles and many with Turkish Air. I have seen them go backwards as an airline these past 9 years. No more Premium Economy and very small seats, no more hot towels b4 takeoff, unbearably hot cabins, no good snacks on long flights, etc."

Cons: "The boarding process was terrible. We were checked out and processed 7 times! The questions we were asked were so ridiculous that at some point I started laughing. The official wanted to see my itinerary since I left the US, and all if the places I had visited! (That was a month after the start of my trip since I was on my way back from my vacation). The seats are made for people who are 5 feet tall and skinny. The airport was so busy that we had to Wait inside the plain for over an hour because there was (taxiing traffic) and could not get on the take off Lane."

Cons: "The airline lost my bag, with contained all my clothes, shoes, jewelry, ps4 gaming concel, and all the games CDs I had , alongside the documents I needed to renew my Visa, which was such an inconvenience getting back, that I had to extend my ticket by a week which also cost me almost $400. Plus the airline staff was rude. That ruined my vacation."

Cons: "I nearly missed my connecting flight because of how poorly organized Ataturk airport is. Disembarking was extremely time consuming; there were few signs instructing connecting passengers where to go; and the employees of the airport were extremely unhelpful and gave conflicting information. I made my flight with only minutes to spare after going through two security and passport checkpoints and sprinting an entire wing of the airport. I will never fly through Ataturk (or anywhere in Turkey) again."

Cons: "Because we were late, my baggage didn't get transferred. I had to ask around to find out who handles Turkish air baggage issues in Tel Aviv. I found out within a out half an hour what would happen -- you had them delivered to where I was staying the next day. It all went smoothly and fortunately I had allowed extra time after I arrived ... no problems. And the people who handled your baggage claims were professional."
Pros: "I like the fact that they were ready to inform the New York passengers of the boarding time at instanbul. I was able to go through the security faster than the other passengers."

Sat on the tarmac for over an hour and the crew or pilot did not say a word. The beverage service again was lacking compared to other international business class flights I’ve taken."

Cons: "They had rotten food and didn't even tell us when serving would begin. Also they lost our luggage in spite of having our tag #. How does an airline not put a tag on a bag and give a bagage tag to a customer. ?? And after going on a cruise with one Carry on and everything Lost they don't even give us an allowance or a normal kit for toiletries and no one answers our questions. All the calls go to the call center that has no idea about how to track a bag. There are no managers to help and the customer service stinks"

Pros: "I would definitely fly on Turkish Air again. The seats were roomy in comparison to other airlines I have flown on. The inflight entertainment was excellent in comparison as well. I thought the food and beverages were pretty good for an airline as well."
Cons: "Just the concern that people were not instructed to stay seated until the airplane came to a complete halt. People were out of their seats and getting luggage out of the overhead bins well before the plane had taxied up to the gate. Please make an announcement to keep passengers safe. Also, the cabin crew could have been a little more helpful to passengers. They kind of stood around and did nothing when a gentleman and his child got on the airplane and other people were clearly sitting in his seats. The man had to straighten out the situation with the people who were in the wrong seats. The flight crew needed to have been assertive, ask politely for people's boarding passes and taken care of the conflict, not the customer. My flight was late and I missed my connection to Seattle. Turkish Air did put us up for the night and provided meals without a hassle."

Cons: "Most discomfort I had stemmed more from my own fatigue and the inherent dryness of airplane air than anything that could have been controlled. No, the tea I had after my meal wasn't good, but I'm picky. The entertainment options were heavily impaired by the heinous sound quality, however, rendering the movie I watched crackly and often inaudible. I also wish the ticket counter opened earlier before the flight, especially when it ostensibly closes an hour before takeoff. That makes for a narrow window indeed."

Although the menu said cheese sandwiches were available at any time, we were told there weren't any when we asked for one. The guest next to me would push the attendant button and the staff would walk by several times without even making eye contact with her."
