Find cheap flights from Vilnius to Cancun

The flight attendants were rude in the DEL to FRA flight. The transfer between the two flights at Frankfurt International Airport was an unpleasant experience. The airplane was never parked at the terminal, but was deboarded instead on the tarmac itself. For those passengers in need of a wheelchair, it was a nightmare to come down the stairs and then rush across the airport to catch the connecting flight from FRA to IAH. Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Would make it a point never to travel with Lufthansa again.

We had a 1 1/2 hour delay before we left Denver. When we arrive to Frankfort, they didn’t announce that people with connecting flights to exit the plane first. My next flight was already boarding when we we taxiing in to the gate. I waited another 10 minutes to get off the plane. I had to run to catch my next flight. I mean run! I made it with one minute to spare, but my luggage did not. My luggage came two hours later on a different flight.

The media system is so inreliable, it keeps freezing and restarting at the begonning. Old planes with an old entertainment system makes a long flight very boring

When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.

Flight ride was good, crew members were great however they need to hire some better food caterer.

The boarding process was really slow. The air crew was amazing and the food options and the entertainment were also really great.

I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.

They offered water and chocolate I would have preferred a sandwich.

I am not sure I like the new Discover line of Lufthansa. I have been flying from us to Italy for the past 30 years and always favored Lufthansa ove other Companies because of cleanliness, service, food, beverage. When compared white other airlines Lufthansa was always considered one of the best. I can't say that anymore. I fly Lufthansa only because I consider the line MCO to FRA timely convenient for my schedule but always look for alternatives when before I was considering other routes only if the price was in question.
