Cons: "This flight was a Delta flight, with Delta crew on a Delta plane. Delta is great for domestic, but this crew was definitely not a Korean Air crew. The result is a lower quality of service, with more than half of the flight attendants not being nearly as cordial as they should have been."

Cons: "Our flight to Chicago was delayed 10 hours out of Korea. The airport ran out of food. The natives we're restless. What was worse was the lack of communication from the airline. If they just would have told us what was going on, we all would have been more assured."

Cons: "The plane aisle is a bit tight and cramp and it is hard to move around. The chair in economy is not very comfortable very sturdy lack of cushion and back support. Leg room is ok, not as roomy as the flight from SFO to South Korea. When we boarded there was a strong smell burning fumes from the A.C. (air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy."
Pros: "Korean Air staff was great. I fly Korean when flight prices are reasonable. Stsff helped me as I need assistance as a disabled passenger. Plan to fly again to BKK and back next summer and will fly KA again if price is competitive."

Pros: "The cabin attendants were very attentive. Food and beverages were appreciated. Hot cloths to refresh ourselves were also appreciated. Needless to say, the skill of the personnel in the cockpit is also acknowledged. The blankets, pillow, and water were also a nice touch."

Cons: "The omelette, I received horrible food poisoning and all my friends had upset stomachs. Bad experience due to that... Everyone around me also wasn't happy, due to gaseous stomach / farting, poor people."
Pros: "A380 is great plane (this coming from a real Boeing enthusiast). Very Quiet! Coach had more leg room than I expected, especially for a non-US carrier. Good service and great inflight entertainment. The airline is not a US domestic carrier so flight staff might not understand every English word of a request but they try very hard. Most US carriers would not try as hard if I were speaking Korean! The whole world does not speak your language and remember that coach is coach for a reason $$$. Customs procedures are out of the control of carriers so comments about that."

Cons: "I didn't realize that my flight was not actually Korean Air. It was Korean Air "Powered by American Airlines". So it was actually not really Korean Air. I was a bit disappointed by that."
Pros: "Collectively, my new wife and I have travelled through dozens of different airlines, including 8-10 international flights, and our journey with Korean Air was the best flight experience we have ever had. The staff was so attentive, the selection of Korean music, and the access to movies, and the comfort of even Economy class was fantastic. Despite the long hours spent on board, Korean Air made it as comfortable as possible. We especially loved the hot towels, and the stickers that allowed the flight attendants to note if we wanted to be woken for meals, or left to sleep!"

Cons: "The aircraft seemed to be really old. The entertainment system on the seat I was allotted did not work, and I had to change seats. In the new seat, the entertainment system worked, but the seat didn't recline, and I had to change seats again - from an initially allotted aisle seat, to a middle seat. Also, the food service time was weird - we got a full lunch about an hour before we landed, which didn't make sense, and had to wait almost 5 - 6 hours between brunch and our next meal - a movie snack. Most passengers were famished by the time the lunch was served. Also, why was there no wifi?"

Pros: "We were late for our originally flight, got to LAX 15 minutes after check-in was closed, although we checked in online prior, but due to 4th of July weekend the freeway was very heavy traffic. So we ended up going back next day with the supervisor's incredible allowance, offer. I got very emotional when she told us our option. Thank you. Unfortunatley I didn't get her name, due to our shock))"

Pros: "First of all, I want to preface this by saying that virtually every airline is better than the major ones working in the US (American, United, and Delta), and Qatar Airways is amongst this number. The entertainment selection was excellent, the best of any flight I've ever been on. The flight attendants were excellent, again, much better than those on American carriers (I am American, FYI)."
Cons: "The food was terrible. Of course, we know this about airline food, BUT I have been on Qatar Airways flights with GOOD food in the past, so I know it can be better. Also, I sat in the baby section, which also happens to be where they put long-legged people. This is no one's fault, but suffice to say, do NOT sit next to 4 5-month olds for a 15-hr flight! Interestingly, since all flight attendants were women, about 50% of the flight did listen to them since there were many conservative Arabs onboard from Qatar or Saudi Arabia (i.e., those who are taught not to listen to or respect women). This made for some frustrating sites to witness but it's obviously not the airline's fault. Poor women!"
