Location and view
Decoration really but Extention cable lying on the floor, unacceptable
On the sea front. Champagne and flowers ordered extra and provided.
Very cramped room, couldn’t move between chairs and beds. Bed creaked. Sink ‘gurgled’ throughout the night. Plaster failing off walls. Room service appalling. Internal phone didn’t work. Tv signal poor. Toilet cistern cracked. Overall very expensive room and over rated. Do not believe it was the room ordered and four people couldn’t stay comfortably in there. Advised y reception they were busy due to a wedding party booked and room service shouldn’t have been offered! So non wedding party is treated less favourably?!
The decor in the room and hotel in general was great. Love that you have got Melin Tregwynt soft furnishings! Breakfast was fine for both vegetarians and flesh eaters.
There were no issues here.
We had a wonderful family weekend staying here. Decent sized family room with great view of the sea
Lovely view, nice seating area in superior room
No plugs, hairdryer couldn’t be used unless you crawled on your knees under the table and held a plug board up to it. Windows rotten wood, filthy and did not shut leaving a very loud storm to rage inside. Mattresses are completely worn. Fan in the cupboard they call an en-suite so loud I didn’t use it at night or it would have woken family up. No service at all at breakfast, literally no one there. No reception staff anywhere on check out, had to give key to chef.
