Their staff was friendly, very helpful and really seemed to like their job.
Room was big, clean and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised that there was even a microwave and refrigerator in the room too. TV was very nice as well.
Great location. Easily found. Close to restaurants and stores. Free full breakfasts were a plus too! Only one ice machine for the whole place and the beds were not comfortable.
Staff was nice and helpful. Convenient to interstate Clean Needs a little TLC. Rate was way too high for the property, though understandable as it was a race weekend.
Close to the interstate. Easy to find. Close to several restaurants (but the city has some weird 'food tax' that is double the sales tax... Be aware). Rooms were adequate. No elevator. Bed frame on one of the beds in 303 has a metal piece sticking out and my 72 year old mother came away with a nasty bruised ankle because of it.
I liked that Super 8 was great distance from Bristol Motor Speedway! Everyone was very friendly. Love the southern hospitality.
Cheap, off the hwy hotel best describes this location. The water was not hot, which was troublesome for such a cold day outside.
Breakfast was good The price we had to pay
location to our target objective no hot water...had to advise front desk that there was no hot water non-smoking corridor smelled like cigarette smoke---violations taking place no cups (plastic or otherwise) in room
It only took 30 min to get to the race track. For $360.00, I got two wash cloths, two hand towels, and two large towels. One of the wash cloths fell apart when I twisted the water out of it. The towel rack fell off the wall when I pulled the towel off. The blanket one the bed had cigarette burn holes in it. The AC unit would not cool the room. A piece of conduit fell off of the wall when I went to plug in the lamp, leaving exposed wires. They advertised continental breakfast but did not have one. We were worried about leaving our belongings in the room so we re packed and took our things to with us on Sunday. When we returned to the room that night it was straightened up but we noticed that the sheets had not been changed. When we decided to skip the Sunday race because of rain, they refused to credit my card. The locals refer to it as a hourly rental place and were shocked when they heard it cost $180.00 a night. It was a dry place to sleep.
Good location and accessible to attractions, nice setting above Interstate which is not really visible; quiet, 250 yards off rt. 11, so no visible traffic; no noise; adjacent pastureland. Continental breakfast and coffee were minimal.
Good service, gave us adjacent rooms, quick check in. No shampoo in the showers.
Good value. Clean & modern
Great location Friendly staff Clean Comfy bed Charged more than originally quoted on Kayak. It was only about a $6 difference, but still the principal.
It is convenient to the interstate and as a stop over point for sleeping. This is an old motel that is no frills and no charm. If you have very low expectations, you'll be satisfied. Eventhough registration completed online, still had to fill out a paper registration form and pay for room up front with credit card. Clerk (possible owner) rude. Unfamiliar with online reservation process. Didn't get requested room accommodations. Room shabby and well worn. Matress lumpy.
The price had to ask for towels and toilet paper every day. I had to get two rooms because I have 3 children. bathroom doors were broken.Beds were very uncomfortable.
cheap price. decent sized room, as soon as checked into room got into shower and received call from front desk telling me the tv was on too loud. only noise was water running. was told in a rather rude way that i needed to keep the noise down or would be asked to leave. i told them come to room but that wasnt an option apparently. not to mention the front desk clerk didnt know how to use a credit card machine properly. so i had to pay half in cash other debit, not huge deal just inconvenient.
The location and the price, we were traveling on I81, we needed a hotel for a few hours. A good place to sleep in and leave asap. I wouldn't suggest that for more than one night unless you just need a bed and a bathroom.
Location was awesome and free wi-fi The hotel had no refrigerator
Everything was close by like grocery stores, restaurant it was great the location
Right near the racetrack, good place to sleep, shower and watch TV.
Convenient to Emory and Henry College. Affordable. Manager very friendly and accommodating.
No frills. No breakfast, but the price reflects that. Comparable hotels charge more and serve a paltry, nasty breakfast. This was a clean bed and shower.
