Overall The hotel was great. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant with wide selection of foods. The brunch on Friday was a pleasent surprise. Hamid the concierge was great. He knew everything and advised according to your needs. Very helpful and polite. Saima at the front desk was great too gave us a lovely warm welcome. The rooms were a decent size and very cosy. The kitchenette was very handy. The valet parking service was great. Just hand your ticket in and within minites your car was there. Overall very good and a great experience. Would definitwly recommend
Few bits and bats could do with improving. The light fittings in the room a bit loose. The desktop control not working as it should. Window wouldnt close fully as seal was slightly damaged. Ideal to have a bigger sized tv. Maybe in the future one aspect to look at improving. The tv is too small for the size of the room.
