Cons (-) It is used as residential living and their tenants were questionable. There was trash left in the hallways. There was roaches in the bathroom. No clear direction on how to get to the second floor. Their idea of a dinning area had folding metal chairs and plastic tables. Not worth staying there again.
Pros (+) The only good thing about this hotel is the location. There's plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, and it's located near two major freeways. They do offer free wifi, but that is something that I expect at all hotels these days, so I don't really consider it a plus. The connection seemed to run fine with the little that I used my phone during my short stay.

I called an hour before arriving to confirm my reservation and the man who answered was not very professional. Cons (-) My bed had a bunch of what looked like dead skin from someone's feet/head. There was a dead ant and hair in the other. Pillows had dried blood spots (alá bed bug). It was a horrible experience. Neck and neck with the worst place I've stayed at save front desk.
