There is an apartment inspection and cleaning charge of 40 Euros to be paid locally for the cleaning of the apartment and laundering of bedding and towels after your stay. If you fancy exploring but do not want to drive, then the house is only five minutes’ walk from the local bus station so there is nothing stopping you exploring the local towns and villages, and of course being only 10 minutes’ drive from the coast means that you can decide whether to spend the day on one of the many Blue Flag white sandy beaches nearby, swimming and sunbathing and sampling the tapas and sangria on the sea front as you while away the hours in the sun. There are many bars, restaurants and several children´s play parks all within easy walking distance of the villa – sip a drink in the café in the park just a few metres away where you can keep an eye on the kids in the skate-park or watch them playing on the swings or playing hide and seek in the old hollowed out tree. Try out the local tapas bars, Chinese restaurants, Italian restaurants and other typically Spanish restaurants – all within walking distance. You can get fruit and vegetables and other produce from the weekly street market in the town centre and of course there is a large supermarket just a few minutes’ walk from the villa where you can get everything you need. The detached house is located in the beautiful Almoradi that still retains its Spanish flair. Located on a small side street, surrounded by orange groves, you can enjoy here a wonderful view of the nearby mountains, yet is only 10 minutes on the long sandy beach. All rooms in the house have air conditioning (cooling and heating), the windows are fitted with mosquito screens. In the large living room has a fireplace, which also is used for heating. The comfortable sofa can be here in winter a nice glass of red wine to enjoy in the evening. You will also find a small stereo and a flat screen TV, which allows you to see Spanish, English and German TV programs.
