3 locations in Alpharetta
Pros:They called me and said they where out of cars :(
Cons:Did not end up having the vehicle I reserved
Pros:Nothing, Service was bad
Cons:Service and they had wrong name on the compare to driver’s license name.
Pros:Original price quoted was great.
Cons:They closed down many locations, including the one where I reserved the car. They wanted me to drive to a location one hour away to pick up the car, then said they would not honor the price I was quoted because the location changed (which they changed).
8.8 Very good
Cons:The trunk was very small and hardly fit 6 people worth of luggage.
Pros:The staff was the most unhelpful, rude group of people I've ever dealt with.
Cons:I'd paid for my rental up front and they gave away my car then showed no interest in assisting me with getting a replacement that held the number of passengers I needed. I went to Twitter and their customer service was unhelpful too. They said to just deal with the local office which had closed for the night and I was supposed to start my drive at 5a. Worst rental car experience ever. Went through a different company in the end and had to drive an hour away to pick up the car, pay to park our regular vehicle at the airport instead of in our driveway, etc... Never again Hertz.

Pros:The staff was proficient and friendly. Super easy and quick pickup and dropoff.
Pros:Very friendly staff, very quick transactions with both pickup and drop off. Car was spotless and ready for me when I arrived.

One location in Alpharetta
Cons:The car wasn't cleaned at all on the outside nor the inside. Especially during covid times, not ok.
Pros:I was accused of damage to the car that I didn't do upon drop off. I was not prepared to provide what was needed for payment (i.e. no debit cards on premium cars).
Cons:It wasn’t cheap. The location was close to my home. We got very clean and new vehicle, but their computer tried to charge us one extra day because I was 5 min late
Pros:Too expensive and rude. Avis gave so much better service and a free upgrade and they are so pleasant and accommodating
Cons:The vehicle was not there to pick up. Very rude and unhelpful employee. Will definitely not return there.
Pros:quick check-in, clean car, car in good condition
