Pros (+) Very comfortable with great food and a great location right next to a beautiful park.
Cons (-) They seemed to be having so issues with water in the hotel. Many area were roped off with fans and the staff wasn’t as nice as other stays

Pros (+) I liked the free alcohol and how comfy and Big the room was
Cons (-) The housekeeper asked when we were leaving so she could clean the room I found that very rude because I had no intention of leaving until checkout time. She stood outside our door for 20 minutes felt very uncomfortable walking in and out. Pros (+) Rooms all have separate bedroom with a door, which is good for kids that need their own room to sleep well, like small kids in a crib. Pretty good included breakfast. Large atrium, lobby area with some fountains and seating, which my 2.5 year old son enjoyed. Clean rooms, comfy bed.
Cons (-) Kind of a bunch of mostly small issues for us, but added up to being a bit annoying. A/C made a jarringly loud bang every 30 minutes or so, but I'm a sound sleeper. Low ceiling in shower (no prob for me, I'm 5'4, but shower head is only about 5'6 above floor), and no bath tub, which is better for young kids than a shower.
