9.7 Excellent
Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was great!
Cons: The location was not completely convenient due to construction in the area. Also someone must have hit the side of my rental car while I was parked there over night. I didn’t have time to let the front desk know when I saw it, but it must have happened over night my last night there. Fortunately the rental company covered it, but it was a big concern for me while I was there.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here for the Florida Film Festival for two nights. Picked a room with a king bed for me and my wife, and the room was much larger than I anticipated, with a separate seating area and desk. Shower was hot and comfortable, there's a decently stocked snack shop in the lobby. Free WiFi (although you can pay for faster speed). Staff was very friendly. Very clean.
Cons: Breakfast was just okay for me. Did have hot items, but kind of small and not a ton of options. If I was staying for business, I'd eat the free breakfast and be on my way perfectly happy. For a vacation, I like to enjoy a nice breakfast, so we went elsewhere the second day.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. They were very accommodating and seemed generally concerned about the guests' well-being. The hotel was very clean and of course updated due to it's relatively new age. Hampton Inns are the hotel of choice that I typically stay in and I enjoyed this particular location the most thus far out of all my Hampton Inn lodging experiences.
Cons: I will say that I thought due to it's location (lack of tourist attractions etc.) that the price was a bit high. It isn't in a prime location so, that is why I found the price to be a little high. That wasn't a total disappointment, but I think closer to around $80-90/night for my type of room would be more acceptable. Especially when a traveling business individual has a budget for hotel lodging :)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved that we had the fast pass included. Was so luxurious and the beds so comfy. Boat ride to parks was so convenient.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Clean, beautifully decorated, boat shuttle from the hotel to the city walk and other places at Universal so there’s no reason or need to have a car
Cons: Bottles of water in the room were $7.50 each if you used them to make the provided tea or coffee. No complimentary shuttle service to/from airport - I paid $30 each way for an Uber.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: PBH was the best choice for our visit to Universal Studios Orlando. The restaurants were great. The one we went to had a musical that was an initiate source of classic italian songs. The room was over the top amazing (we stayed in the presidenta suite). The staff was friendly, accomodating and inviting.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the Club amenities and FastPass access to Universal Studios theme parks
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and you felt safe.
Cons: I made some recommendations when I made my reservation. We had three rooms and were told we were in the West wing close to the transportation, we ended up on the east wing as far away from the transportation as possible. They didn't do anything to rectify the problem, just told me that it was on the reservation but the rooms were full.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great stay with nice beach pool and good restaurants. Early access was unbeatable. Too expensive with extra charge for parking and mini fridge.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The unlimited express passes, convenience, responsive, water taxi service.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great location, with included Express Passes. Hotel overall was excellent.
Cons: The rooms needed some maintenance, and I cannot be the first ones to notice it. There was mildew in the shower on the ceiling that needed to be bleached. The shower leaked into the bathroom, because the original construction did not properly angle the tile to make the water drain back into the shower. The sink stopper did not stay plugged. The phone in the room did not work. Again, I cannot be the first person to notice all these. Why have they not been addressed?
5.7 Okay
Pros: Proximity to park Friendly and helpful frontline staff
Cons: Found out the pool was closed for planned renovations only upon our check in. No previous notice. Kayak package didn't include park tickets; buying a cheaper package thru Kayak does not include everything that buying through Universal does TV in room didn't work. Had to complain twice and have twonvisit from engineering. After long day at parks (great days) disappointing to not be able to just relax by pool or in room
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was comfortable and the location was great. We were so happy that express passes for the parks were included with our stay -- they made a huge difference.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location is great. Short walk to Universal/City Walk. Staff was helpful. Beautiful hotel lobby and grounds.
Cons: Room was unimpressive for the price, and not very clean. Found hair in the sheets. Service/food in restaurants was subpar.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Service at the sushi bar very slow
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is super convenient for visiting the universal parks. Your room key is your express pass, which is a huge a bonus. Rooms size was decent and has keurig and mini fridge. Beautiful grounds, nice pool, friendly staff.
Cons: The beds/pillows are not very comfortable. While the pool area is nice, I wish there were a second “quiet,” or adult pool with additional hot tub. This hotel certainly caters to families, but not everyone has kids, and something less chaotic for relaxing would have been nice.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, the staff is fantastic!
Cons: I had a wet spot on my carpet and found a hair on a "clean" towel. I think this was probably because they were so busy due to it being Christmas, because I've stayed here twice before and never experienced issues before. Still disappointing though, for the price you pay to stay here, you don't expect any snags.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Lobby and Christmas spirit. Orchids and overall ambient . Water taxi not needed to drive and parking. Breakfast service. Exelent dinner at hotel restaurants. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Room gray colors. Like in a funeral home. It may be trendy, but not pleasant at all.Window view from Tower 2 shows a really neclected landscaping, which is incomprehensible in such nice otherwise hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: 1,000 rooms hotel , difficult personal service, long phone waiting time for answering by operators, etc
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fortunately we were able to get a last minute reservation which turned out fantastic . Convenient, clean, helpful. Staff was very friendly. Included fast pass definitely compensates. Safety measures taken with hotel key iD's gave further comfort.
Cons: We really had no complaints. Our visit could not have gone any smoother.

9.4 Excellent
Cons: Clean and 4 star
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I like the several food outlets and 24 hour market
Cons: I was attending the SYTA Conference and me and some colleagues would hit Headwaters Bar, I think it would've helped to staff more since this bar was hit hard every night by the conference attendees. I along with several colleagues were woken up by loud hammering Monday morning
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern, updated, clean. Stayed in a room with 2 queen beds, room was very spacious. Valet staff was great. Short stay, so didn't get a chance to explore, but would definitely return.
Cons: No complaints.

Pros: We enjoyed several of the amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and game room. The rooms were comfortable.
Cons: Would have liked to have a microwave oven or access to a microwave oven.
Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort - Orlando - Building
9
9.1 Excellent (5,670 reviews)
Overview Reviews
A resort oasis one mile from Downtown Disney near Seaworld and Universal with a half-acre lagoon-style pool, slides, water sports and beach. 815 room luxury hotel offers 4 restaurants, 4 lounges, 45 holes of Jack Nicklaus designed golf, Racquet club, health club, 24 foot rock climbing wall and children's facilities.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Getting nickel and dimed for parking & breakfast at $25/ each significantly increased the cost of a daily stay. I make over a million $ a year and have been to the hotel several times, but the silly expensiveness makes me sure to avoid another stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service and the club level.
Cons: Could've stayed in a bigger room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is definitely somewhere you can come And enjoy a weekend of relaxing family fun!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds are spectacular - lush greenery and foliage, variety of flowers, manicured -they must have a team of scientists and gardeners to plan the landscaping year round. All amenities are included -bikes, climbing wall, sailing, kayaking. 24-hour pool and hot tub are a huge bonus, especially after a day and night of disney. The staff is equally incredible throughout the hotel. St. Augustine has been my favorite local weekend get-away, but now the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is IT! It may just win the competition between any of the Disney parks or just a relaxing, but activity filled day at the hotel for the best day of your vacation too! Breakfast buffet ($22) is great too - seems pricey, but the options are high end from ham, bacon, prosciutto, salami, variety of cheeses, sausages, yogurts, fruits ( melons and berries), pastries, artisan breads, omelets, oatmeal, boxed cereals, and then the usual scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, waffles, etc. Other food and grocery store options are literally within 5 miles. Room has "cool box" (small refrigerator without freezer) that keeps soda cold.
Cons: $17 parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: When the front desk found out it was our wedding night, they upgraded us for free to a 2-story suite with a outdoor patio at the very top of the hotel. There was a bottle of champagne and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us. They were unbelievably nice. Best hotel experience ever!!!
5.1 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room not ready at check in time Housekeeping not doing their job, need to hire and fire. No water bottles one day, no shower rug, This is the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at.
9.7 Excellent
Cons: The bar near the lobby was open to the pool guests, so all night families were walking through the dining area, specifically the door closest to the bar, while people were dining and it was distracting, and very loud. Perhaps the door nearest the bar should be locked. There were at least 2 to 3 other entrances to the lobby/ dining area to be utilized. Otherwise, a great experience!
7.7 Good
Pros: "On the rocks" was phenomenal.
Cons: Screaming children Game room was lacking the bed was uncomfortable
6.8 Good
Pros: Liked the Lakehouse restaurant and the pool area. Shuttle to parks was good also.
Cons: Didn't like moving rooms twice during our two week stay. Once for a strange loud tapping noise that would wake us up and the other was when the room was infested with tiny ants. Yuck! Very little care or compensation for our problems. Also had a horrible experience at the spa, which the spa and hotel did nothing about. Went in for a relaxing pedicure and came out with cut toes and paying for "extras" they didn't mention would be extra...like taking off my old polish. Won't go back to that spa again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My family and I had a blast at the Grand Cypress. The grounds are fantastic with plenty to do for all ages.
Cons: There was only one person at the front desk when we arrived at 3pm and it took over 15 minutes to tend to the couple in front of us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect resort. Many things to do for all ages
5.1 Okay
Pros: Room was not ready at 4:00 p.m. check in time. Wasn't ready until about 10:00 p.m.. Housekeeping staff not consistent in cleaning and restocking items in rooms, being I had two rooms. Need to hire better workers One of the worst Hyatt hotel I stayed at. Very disappointing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. You take 3 turns and you Are at Universal and 10 minutes and you are at Disney. We were on the 5th floor and there was no traffic noise that we could hear. The complementary free breakfast was very good. We had a vegan friend come meet us before going to the parks we were able to purchase her breakfast for under 7 dollars and she was able to eat many of the food items offered. The pool is very nice, you will have a lot of kids and families on the pool but they were not overwhelming. You do also get 2 passes for the adults in your party for free alcohol. We did not take advantage of that this time. The parking lot was also well lit and safe. You can also bring your dog or cat.
6.5 Good
Pros: The food was great. Really liked the waffle station. The eggs were a little runny for my liking but overall it was good. I also enjoyed the snack/dinner kickback they had in the evening. I only wished they served different items instead of the same thing every day for breakfast and at night for the kickback.
Cons: The linens are dirty...EXTREMELY DIRTY!! I asked the housekeeper to change the sheets because we noticed there were yellow stains all over them. When we came back to the room the same sheets were there. All she did was made the bed. The walls had sticky goo all over them as if someone spilled something and they didnt wipe it off. And the towels also had a really weird smell. I had red blotches on my skin after using them... My advice for the hotel... INVEST IN BLEACH. it does wonders and everything will be truly clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the cleanliness and the staff responded in a friendly way to multiple requests on a late arrival. Many businesses were within walking distance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: free buffet dinner , place is beautiful , modern , beds are comfortable, very clean spotless place, kind stuff , quiet , great breakfast ,great location, i loved it ,
Cons: i didnt like that it was only 1 night. and i wanted to stay 10 nights more... :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were great. The front desk person even remembered my name days into the stay. The evening receptions were really appreciated. It saved our family of four the cost of a meal! The pool was great with huge hot tub. Only complaint was the suites are showing a bit of age. Could use a furniture refresh.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Free wifi, free parking, included breakfast, happy hour, free shuttle to theme parks, friendly staff.
Cons: The bedding, comforter, and pillows are ok for the price.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean and conveniently located near I-4 and back road to Universal Orlando. The breakfast was well stocked (though it always had the same menu, day after day) and the staff was pleasant.
Cons: The only drawback that we experienced was with the housekeeping service. We were in a room that fit 4 individuals and we used 4 towels and washcloths each day--however, housekeeping would only restock 1-2 washcloths. We mentioned to front desk, who quickly gave me more washcloths, but the same thing happened for the rest of our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and cozy... awesome staff! I only stay at this hotel now when I go to Orlando!
Cons: Nothing

6.5 Good
Pros: Nice hotel for business , adult atmosphere yet obligatory resort fee doesn't make sense
Cons: delivery charge for room service and a 20% obligatory tip...isn't the tip for the service, which is the delivery. I was charged $8 for tip and delivery of a burger

Cons: Wish they included wifi. I really dislike when nice hotels charge extra for something that budget hotels give to all guests.

9.1 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed the pools, lazy river, movie on the lawn, bowling, and the food. We love it!
Cons: It's a bit pricey, but not terrible.
8.2 Excellent
Cons: Overall this was a great place! I was disappointed that our rooms were not cleaned until 5:00 pm. We came back from the park to take a dip in the pool before dinner and housekeeping was still in our room at 5:00. Very late in my opinion.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Food court & pool lazy river
Cons: Small rooms
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We loved the resort and room decor, cleanliness, friendly staff, fun pool with water slide and lazy river, and the suite was set up perfect for getting ready with three kids (separate shower/toilet/sink and mirror). It was in an excellent location with easy access to the Universal parks. Shuttle was quick and easy. Our teens (18, 17 and 13) LOVED Cabana Bay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere is exciting!
Cons: There is an extra charge for parking. It would be more convenient to pay one fee. It just seems ridiculous to pay $12 for parking for a $200 room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient location with shuttle e bus to the parks. Clean nice room, has everything you need for the stay, yet sleek and affordable. Love the retro look! Cant be happier!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: While not the most elegant place to stay it is a great value if you want to stay on Universal property. Early admission and bus transport to park made All the difference in our Harry Potter experience! And the cafeteria had very well prepared food (and large portions) for breakfast/dinner at a reasonable price. Important for us as my husband has to watch diet due to diabetes.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: It’s was close to universal
Cons: They put us in the wrong room when we asked and paid for a room with a view of Volcano Bay. Then we moved to another room and the TV was broken. We called them several times but the TV remained broken. The place has no proper restaurants. Only a diner/supermarket kids place. We were very dissatisfied
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We will be back! This hotel is really cool and convenient. It was sold out while we were there, but the way it's laid out, it doesn't feel as though there are people everywhere. Lots to do, always clean, shuttle service to the parks was awesome. Truly a great experience!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fun theming especially for baby boomers. I would rate the hotel as slightly above a Disney value resort with the theming, facilities and location/ transportation all just a little better.
Cons: The location is not very convient to the parks and transportation was good but like any bus system there was a wait. With such high traffic roads I can see why walking is not a good option. All in all if staying in site again I would make a different choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the fact they have life guards at the lazy river and pools!!!
6.5 Good
Cons: We went to breakfast and talked with friends until 12:30 or 1:00 and were charged a second day for parking!!!!!!!!!
Hyatt Regency Orlando - Orlando - Building

9.0 Excellent (7,937 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The Hyatt Regency Orlando is a custom-built Orlando destination catering to the meetings and conventions industry nationwide. The hotel is a masterpiece of contemporary design and luxurious decor and furnishings. Our luxury accommodations match world-class lodging with a convenient setting. Conveniently located in the midst of the 7 million square foot Orange County Convention Center and the only hotel located across the street from the centers main entrance.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I believe her name was angelica at the front desk she was so knowledgable and extremely kind! Made checking in easy and painless.
Cons: The resort few that was not mentioned in the third party booking. Which the staff advised to book through the hotel next time.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: LOVE the location! Can't beat the ease of going to the OCCC from the hotel. It's the main reason I choose to pay this price. Hyatt Staff are most accommodating! They address any complaint immediately and they put up with so much nonsense from crazy tenants from one convention to the next. My kids LOVE the pool! They went every day until it would rain.
Cons: Our bathroom need more TLC. The shower curtain was musty (need to be changed our), but we were too busy to stop and complain about it. I'm sure they would have taken care of it right away. Our tub needed to be drained. Every time we showered, water came up to our ankles and took forever to go down. Again, we were in and out so much, no time to stop and whine about it. Overnight parking fee was outrageous, but whatever. I think it's ridiculous to charge hote guests to park.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The different amenities that it offers
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Location, Bars, Food, Style
Cons: 20 resort fee a day a bit pricey
9.7 Excellent
Cons: That my cc was charged three times for a one. Over aau
10.0 Excellent
Pros: When you pull up and you are met by friendly , smiling valet and that IS the tone for your whole stay. So it's an ease at checking in, perfect room , and no hearing your neighbors. Plus close to everything on international drive.
Cons: A very minor issue with the television but we weren't there to watch TV.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is near everything you could imagine.
8.2 Excellent
Cons: I didn't like the resort fee as we weren't informed about it when we booked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel inside and out with great views
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice and attentive. The hotel and room were very clean. The property was very nice.
Cons: $20 per night self parking is a bit much if you ask me. self parking should be included already considering the already somewhat generous price range and if not included well at least a bit cheaper
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable and fantastic diner open at 1:45 am
Cons: Cosr
9.7 Excellent
Pros: That hotel is definitely a good choice while staying in Orlando for a few days.
Cons: Not many restaurants around the hotel.

4.8 Okay
Cons: Room not prepped
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff are wonderful, specifically at the Mist, and values, very respectful and kind. Also, I thought I had misplaced some cash, and my room attendanant must have found it and he/she folded everything in my room nicely, and there was the bundle of money I thought I had lost! I loved the gym, the pool, the lobby bars and restaurants. Steve, Jimmy and Jamie, at the Mist, specifically, were kind and so nice and accommodating. Good service equals happy customers, they deserve a bonus for working hard and remaining not only calm, but kind, even at peak times with a variety of guests to deal with, including some that were less than kind.
Cons: My room had ants upon arrival, however I was quickly moved to a new room, although I had to ask for the move, it turned out on.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice
Cons: i had a beautiful stay in a wonderful hotel, I was unhappy I paid $100 for parking for two days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very nice hotel, great food, nice pool, 20.00 resort fee per day very worth it. Walking distance to Seaworld and Aquatica.
Cons: Nothing....liked everything
7.1 Good
Pros: Beautiful property, great staff, and I did enjoy getting to take a dip in the pool at the end of a long day, since it's open until midight!
Cons: $15 per day for spotty WiFi is terrible for a business traveler. I'm a Marriott Rewards member and so told WiFi was only free if I booked directly through Marriott - but you don't always have control over these things when you're booking business travel. Very little in the area - Sea World across the street, but just a 711 and Bonefish grill in the area and VERY DARK sidewalk and parking lot make it clear this is not an area for pedestrians. Seemed a great fit for families, with the water park, but as someone in town for a conference, it didn't offer anything to make me a repeat customer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere was beautiful. All staff and services were amazing. Dominic at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well designed.
Cons: Parking is $20 but it's not too bad considering how affordable the hotel is.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Staff, cleanliness, spectacular room accommodation, food, pool. 5 stars from us. Will be back next month.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Updated the very large open atrium to current standards.
Cons: Only one restaurant...food only marginal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of my favorite hotels
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great - from the valet, to front desk, to concierge and housekeeping. Lounge and restaurant (buffet breakfast was GREAT) drinks, food and service were top notch. We found everything clean, well-stocked, and in good condition. Very comfortable beds, linens, and nice towels. Room was very quiet, even though it was close to the elevators. Free valet parking for our Hybrid car, too!
Cons: The A/C didn't quite do the job - it never did get down to the thermostat temp of 72 - although it indicated it was. We then set it to 65, but it never got any cooler. Had we stayed another night, we would have asked that it be addressed. In room coffemakers - inconveniently placed on a bottom shelf of the TV cabinet. On/off switch was broken. Two creamers that barely turned the coffee a different color - surely could be better on that front.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean !!! Very good customer service Lily Parrish
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like everything the dcoration the atmosphere the personal was very profesional
Cons: The parking access to the building

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, nice rooms, just like Marriott surf club in aruba.
Cons: Very large, a lot of differen t buildings. Inconvenient to check in and have to drive arounsx to find your building.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The staff that we checked in with was super friendly and helpful and the location was great, close driving distance to the parks malls and beaches!
Cons: The overall cleanliness of the resort was fine but my room specifically has these rusty millipedes that would be on the floor of the room multiple times each day and there was more than one time we found them in the bed as well. The room service was not great they didn’t show us each day and one day when we had slept in and asked the front desk to have themreturn in the afternoon they did not come at all even though the desk had left a message on the room phone to check that they had. We then had to request clean towels since they had not come to clean the room and it took 40 minutes for new towels to arrive and they arrived tied up in a plastic trash bag. another day we requested a mattress topper because the bed was too firm and that all arrived while we were out was left tied up in a plastic trash bag on the floor next to our bed and we were apparently expert to put it on ourselves since it was just left there by the staff. When we checked out of the hotel we were not asked once how the stay was or how our experience was, we were only told we had a balance to pay for some room service and to have a nice day. Kind of lacking on cleanliness and hospitality in my opinion.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large "condos" for a fair price.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you have small kids, this place will be perfect. The play area, pools and boats will keep them entertained for hours. Very close to Sea World and not too far from other activities like Disney.
Cons: I can't find anything to complain about with this timeshare. We have stayed at other timeshare type resorts in the area and this is our favorite by far.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Extremely helpful staff, very courteous. I like the traffic coming in is somewhat controlled. You cannot just drive in to the complex without being a guest. Check in was really quick. Location very good. Just enough out of the way but close enough to all the major attractions. Layout of this one bedroom suite was very nice. Kitchen had everything you would need for an extended stay, all modern, efficient appliances.
Cons: Furniture was pretty dated in the main room and not very comfortable. The sofa bed especially was very uncomfortable to sleep on, typical cheap, thin mattress, you could feel every single spring. Placement of light switches was weird and really took some time to figure out. They were not grouped together. Very sporadic. Buy what you need for food... The cost at the little market there is well...... Wow.
9.7 Excellent
Cons: For some reason while being on the 1st floor I had to capture and release 5 long centipedes during my stay. Couldn't figure out where they was coming from.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room size the view and the location was perfect
Cons: The food cort need to make it better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was great and recently updated. We were very pleased. The whirlpool tub was heavenly and big enough for two.
Cons: The shower could use a better shower head with a spray.
7.6 Good
Pros: The location was perfect for our purpose. The staff was friendly but some of them were not knowledgeable about their own policies.
Cons: The room was a Studio, Time share unit and not a true Hotel room. The cleaning service needed to be requested and supplies such as coffee etc... were not automatically replaced and we had to call them to clean and replace these items.
9.1 Excellent
Cons: Ice cream shop milkshake was milkiest, runniest Ihaveever had. It was more like chocolate milk than a milkshake. Terrible ripoff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a great hotel. it was perfectly located close to the park and the amenties for an extended stay were very nice. I have rented houses before while in the Orlando Area but this was so much better and WAY better then Westgate resorts. I loved being able to grill in the grill area
Cons: The only drawback I didn't get a chance to enjoy the Pool.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property, plenty of room in the suites, central to popular destinations.
Cons: No good quality restaurants on the facility, no transportation to off property destinations, the whole facility needs a power wash.

8.5 Excellent
Pros: music
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about it. Rooms were spacious and very clean. It was so close to the parks.
Cons: The hotel restaurant the kitchen had very slow service. That could be because we were a party of 9 though. Food was very good though.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room and property were great! Love the décor and details at the hotel. My puppy, who came along for the trip received a welcome bag which included a very cute Hard Rock dog bowl. We would have loved to stay there more days since it was so comfortable and felt safe. The ease of getting to City Walk be that by boat, or walking was awesome! Also, for being guests at the hotel, we received complimentary Express Pass to both Island of Adventure and Universal. That was neat!
Cons: The only bad thing was Housekeeping...timing housekeeping to clean the room so it wouldn't cause a scene (barking, making the dog nervous) with our puppy was rough. We had come back from the parks and would wait up to 2 hours before we left for dinner. I called housekeeping to come in and clean the room, telling them that I will be out within the next 2 hours, so if they could send someone ASAP so we are with the puppy be that in the room or outside of it (the puppy would stay in the room while we would be out on dinner). No one ever came to turn our room over and we called front desk several times and waited the 2 hours. I guess housekeeping was MIA. So during our stay, we never got fresh towels and our beds was never made. Things could be worse though.
6.2 Good
Cons: There was a mildew smell in our room. I was walking around barefoot and there were several large wet spots on the carpet. Really gross. So that explained the smell. We were in too big of a rush to get to our event to be able to request a different room.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Friendly people

Cons: Advertised shuttle to Univeral but only ran once per day. Not very flexible for families. Only a few miles away so would expect a better schedule.

Cons: Should remove free parking from all travel sites. Although it is not extremely expensive, it should be clear for the other travelers

Pros: The rooms were very spacious, the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was wonderful to be able to watch TV in another part of the room while others slept. Loved having Netflix access, too.
Cons: There wasn't enough light in the bathroom. No full length mirror. We left our room around 11am and no maid came. We had to ask for lotion and coffee as it wasn't left by the maid on other days.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff!
Cons: The shower leaked and it's not a cheap hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean, beautiful, perfectly located and top notch in every possible way. The only thing that out shined the hotel amenities was the staff. The staff went above and beyond to make our vacation special. The staff always greeted me by name from the first day I arrived. I also want to thank Steve (bell hop) for providing exceptional service and making me and my daughter feel like we were the only guests staying at the hotel. I can't say thank you enough. Rachel (server) was another wonderful staff person who went out of her way to make us feel like special guests. Thank you for helping create a lasting memory of a wonderful vacation!
5.6 Okay
Pros: Leaving!
Cons: Don't Stay! Not much class just a dirty standard room you can get just about anywhere for much less and still be around Disney property. Oh and the beds are a joke... Worst Mattress Award. Over priced parking and was told that is a major hike to self parking (which is $10 less) but it is in fact about 5 minutes to the front doors. If you are hoping to stay in class you might want to consider the Hilton that is attached for a better stay (I was they last year). I would rate Waldorf Astoria a standard 3 Star Hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Would stay there again if Not staying at a Disney resort hotel
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms, fantastic bathrooms, quiet. This hotel really makes it obvious that the Grand Floridian is overdue for a tear down and rebuild. However, we will continue to stay at the Grand Floridian over this superior in many ways Hotel simply because the former is on Disney Property and while this hotel is nearby with shuttle service provided, it does take some time to get to the parks.
Cons: Valet service was very slow. We called down 25 minutes prior to our first departure (15 minutes was suggested) and ended up waiting another 15 minutes for them to find our vehicle. The head valet was apologetic, but the next morning it took another ten minutes to obtain our car.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautiful, inside and out. The staff were nice. Our room was very neat when we arrived.
Cons: The A/C in our room was set to 65 the entire stay and the coldest it got down to was 74. Something is obviously wrong with the A/C. Not all the channels on the TV were watchable. The HBO channels said "no signal". The parking situation is a joke. You have two choices: pay $30 for valet parking or self park for $20. Those are your only two choices. They then add on a $30 resort fee. Also plan on paying for EVERYTHING!!!!! I went down to the lobby to get a cup of coffee and was told a CUP of coffee was $6!!!!!!! I'm sure there are other extra charges that I just didn't see but either way, the ones I listed were enough to annoy me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: stay. Outstanding service; great facility; perfect location! No issues whatsoever.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I fell in love of the landscape., so lovely..
Cons: Maybe a twist in the interior design. A little bit more contemporary.

Pros: Very clean hotel, excellent and friendly staff. Overall great experience. Close to Disney.
Cons: Price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, enjoyed restaurant options both at Waldorf and Hilton next door (also liked the golf cart to taxi us back and forth). The pool was amazing- attentive staff, family friendly, very relaxing/luxurious.

2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I reserved a room one week before an important business event and received email confirmations through Kayak and Homewood Suites. When I arrived to check in the night before, I learned that the manager had overbooked and had given away my room for the night. No phone call, no email, no warning at all. I have never been more disgusted with a hotel's business practices. I strongly recommend against booking with this hotel if you expect reliability or honesty. Truly disgusting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Generous space & layout, easy parking. Suficient privacy. Quiet area.
Cons: Mediocre breakfast. Breakfast should be available longer time. Road construction nearby makes driving dangerous. This is temporary.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was clean, great location, breakfast was good and the staff was very polite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The suite was very spacious, comfortable and very nicely furnished. The dinning area was inviting and easy to maneuver. The entire staff, from registration, to buffet bar to housekeeping was friendly, accommodating and always smiling. It was a pleasure to stay here. If the opportunity should arise to return to the Maitland/Orlando area again, I would definitely return to Homewood Suites.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Food was not that great, and seemed the chemicals in the pool were a little high during our visit.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The suite was excellent.
Cons: Locating the building was a bit of a problem, particularly when setting up Uber & Lyft pickups and drop-offs. The two on site market/diing locations were so so.

Pros: The 2 bedroom villa was roomy and location was near several major attractions.
Cons: Villa air conditioner did not work and had to change rooms after midnight. Difficult to find rooms and cost is a little high.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty cool 2 bedroom setup. Got back to the room late and the kids went to bed in their own room. My wife surprisingly gave me hotel booty!! The bed was kinda uncomfortable and I started to snore to which she kicked me out of the room and I ended up sleeping on the couch. Felt just like home.
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean, quiet and spacious
Cons: Not ideal for business travel. I didn't have a car and the taxis called by the hotel were extremely unreliable. Uber was a much better option but didn't realize that until it was too late. Also ordered food, which arrived very late (although it was delicious). But not ideal when I wanted to go to sleep and had to stay up waiting for the food to arrive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ive stayed at a lot of hotels near Disney and this is by far my favorite! Excellent rooms! Felt like home. Pools were great pool bar and bartender Steven were so so great! Upon check in he saw it was my birthday and upgraded us to the nice new rooms for free plus it was right next to the pools! This place was better then gaylord palms! I will never stay any where else from now on.
Cons: The only thing was that it was very family oriented and I was on a girls trip celebrating my birthday so the whole time we felt like those horrible obnoxious drunk people even though we totally weren't.
