Cons: They only have 35 parking spaces for the whole hotel, even though I got there before check in the spots were all taken. I had to park at lot across the road. It only took cash and didn't give change, so if you go take lots of fives. It also didn't have anyone watching the lot and it's a very bad part of town. The person at the desk said she gets yelled at all day long about this so clearly it's something no one is expecting.

Pros: Very nice location in a beautiful County area provided us with a vacation without travelling far. We stayed here as a couple just to get some alone time together and some peace and quiet and it really worked. We stayed in the honeymoon room with a jetted tub and it was a nice romantic getaway for the night. Breakfast was also very good quality , we got to choose and we went with bacon and eggs. We had a great experience here overall and recommend it to anyone!

Our rooms were changed from the second floor to the first floor after my initial request was not able to be honoured. Pros: Free adequate parking- I signed up for loyalty program . Rooms were clean, well maintained. Jay at the front desk was super helpful! Our original room had just had work done, and he came right up to switch our room, called once we were in it to make sure everything was good. Gave advice on transportation options, and in the morning brought extra towels toiletries and water! Breakfast was also really good. Will stay here again!!

Cons: The entire hotel smelled of chlorine (I'm assuming there was a pool in the hotel), but it permeated to the bedrooms. It was also very difficult to regulate the temperature in the room, thus giving me a poor sleep. Breakfast was fine but the coffee was brown water and only lukewarm, possibly the worst coffee I ever drank. The only reason I drank it was because I was in desperate need of caffeine after the poor sleep. There is no reason to charge for parking in suburbia. The Hampton Inn across the street provides free parking. Overall, I've stayed in far nice Holiday Inns in the past. Even most Holiday Inn Expresses are much better than this.

When I told the lady who worked the front and who also did the cleaning about how filthy it was, she pretty much yelled and lied to me saying they clean the room thoroughly. That's a huge lie considering I was on my hands and knees cleaning the floor 3 times and it was still nasty. It had cobwebs and dust caked on everywhere and near our head where we slept. My kids were sick and I needed more sheets, well that was another issue. She didn't want to give me many because it cost another 2.25 per sheet to wash! Not my damn problem when I was already staying 5 nights and spending lots of cash! It was the worst experience for my family and me. Never again!
