Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was a good spot to eat at and the overall stay was good.
Cons: Rooms desperately need to be updated.
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very large.
Cons: It was August 21 and No air at all in the room! I understand that these were built for ski season however the developer / builder did not install any air at all in the rooms. The room we were given was on the 3rd floor near the pool atrium and it gives off a lot of heat/ humidity. I and my co-traveler both were very warm & it was 'stuffy', and were surprised to find no fan/ air installed in the room. We live at 7,000 ft. elevation so we understand higher elevation nights i.e. opening the windows to cool the room off so when I called the front desk he tried to explain the concept to me. I insisted on a fan being brought up. When the employees brought up 2 fans (Hajelujiah!) they said they were "short on fans because everyone was asking for them". Hmmmm. Even a ceiling fan would work better than nothing....
Pros: Large rooms and comfy bed.
Cons: Even in the middle of summer, there was no hot water., not even lukewarm. Very outdated rooms with no deadbolts on the doors
Pros: Staff was excellent
Cons: Room was very warm and had to cool it with fans. The patio door was accessible to all adjoining rooms on the floor with no way to secure it unless it was closed.
