perfect location, exciting view to the harbor. Nice room, the best I saw in Norway for this price. price. But it is Norway issue, not this particular hotel

Welcoming and polite staff and a good room overlooking the harbour Hotel full of noisy conference participants

I liked being close to the sea Noise during the night and the bed was not good. We had to change room because of the noice and had to "upgrade" to a more expensive room, but there the noise was worse, the room was not so big and the bed was terrible.

Very nice staff i felt welcome there. Good service 24 hours.

The location is very good. Rooms where renovated. No restaurant.

Great setting, above all in summertime. The hotel is made of 2 wings. The historic, with old rooms and the new wing with (I heard from other people) brand new rooms. I have been upgraded to a bigger room free of charges. Breakfast was very good (the breakfast room has a seaview). The room was facing the front parking. Room was quite basic and at the beginning a bit cool.

Spa area was very nice together with the junior suite room with a balcony and sea view. Breakfast room is very nice and bright. The exterior environment of the hotel was in poor condition- garden need to be maintained and especially the entrance area need to be refreshed. A painter would be a good investment. Staff is young and unexperienced and welcome could be improved.

Nice, clean and quiet place. No mobile phone coverage inside hostel, no receptionist at work after 15:00.

The woman at the desk was very friendly. This is an absolute ripp-off. No service at all. This hotel does'n't belong to the list of Booking.com.
