Pros (+) It was a good deal and a decent hotel. The manager (John?) really went out of his way to make sure my stay was satisfactory. Loved the free shuttle to downtown. I would definitely stay here again if/when passing through Asheville again.
Pros (+) The staff was friendly courteous and helpful I was very impressed the bartender Terry couldn't have been nicer and more polite what a great group of employees there!
Pros (+) Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! The food while not complimentary was still great. The pool was very well kept as was the work out facilities. Enjoyed the whole experience.
