The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff accommodated my husband and I needs for as breakfast given that we don’t eat pork... they also host daily in the evening samples of foods from the local restaurants which I thought was great.
Only one of the housekeeper I felt didn’t do a good job in my room and was somewhat unprofessional by talking on her cell phone in my room while I was there. I spoke to the front desk staff about my concerns and it was escalated to the manager when he came in and things were taking care of. But this was still a good stay!
Breakfast was awesome, rooms large and well appointed.
Nothing . .
Everything else was great. We loved the happy hour/dinner!
The scrambled eggs at breakfast.
We loved everything about this hotel. Every staff member we came into contact with greeted us, asked if they could assist us in any way, was friendly and made eye contact, and generally made our stay extremely nice. Highly recommend that you stay here!
Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Everyone we encountered on staff were very nice. I noticed how accommodating and kind Pepe was at breakfast. The breakfast was wonderful- lots of options. We will definitely stay here again our next trip up!
Often referred to as the “Portland of the South”, Asheville is a place where eclectic sensibilities meet up with the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. The beautiful scenes are right out of a postcard, and the city just doesn’t seem like a place that fits in North Carolina, yet Asheville is a proud North Carolinian institution that surprises and awes travelers with great regularity. When staying in Asheville, there are lots of great options, but one of the best is the Residence Inn by Marriott Asheville Biltmore.
The Residence Inn by Marriott Asheville Biltmore is a great place for people who enjoy nature and enjoy eclectic to stay. The well-appointed rooms have soft mattresses that make sleep easy and large desks that are ideal to get work done at. The hotel’s amenities extend beyond the room as well. With breakfast included, a fitness center, and a heated pool, it is impossible to avoid relaxation in this hotel. Located near the Biltmore, this hotel is a great place to start the sightseeing of the gardens that draw folks to Asheville.
Dining in Asheville is a treat for foodies and non-foodies alike. Though the hotel offers a free breakfast, that’s the extent of the dining options. The good news is there are plenty of dining options located nearby. One of the best things is you can get pretty much anything you desire in Asheville. There are plenty of vegan and gluten-free restaurants along with Southern style restaurants. Simply walking out the door and heading down the street will get you to some great dining options.
Staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott Asheville Biltmore is a great option for all travelers.
