The accomodation and design of hotel was really good and the pool and gym were brilliant The bar food could have been better

I really loved the space and comfort of the hotel. I did not have the opportunity to get to pool unfortunately but I did visit and it looked smashing. I will visit again definitely Nothing that I didnt like about the hotel just that its a little walk outside Athenry

Very laid back atmosphere no pressure nice and quiet locality ( apart from the rooks ) but no problem wildlife is natural .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere.

the staff were extremely helpful during our stay and organised a surprise birthday cake for my partner

the bathroom was very clean and well designed. the room although not very spacious was very comfortable and TV etc was all convienant and user friendly. the staff on the desk in the leisure centre were particularly helpful, cheerful and informative. the breakfast was good but the small round table on the floor of the adjacent conference hall was too small for comfort and made for a poor ambiance in contrast to the other facilities in the hotel.

All the staff where very helpful to their guests in particular the bar staff. A elderly member of the public entered the reception area one day when the rain was very heavy and asked to use the hotels toilets. He was turned away saying there was public toilets on the promanade 200 yds away. He was less than 10 yds away from the toilet area. I believe the "Lady" that turned him away was wrong to do so.

The receptionist on duty was particularly friendly More variety at breakfast would be nice

The staff were lovely. Room clean and comfortale On our first night we were in a room facing the main street. The noise was extremely bad and we got little or no sleep. We contacted the receptionist who advised that she woud relocate us to a quieter room the following morning which she did. That was perfect!

Beautiful décor, excellent location, fantastic breakfast. Close to parking as well. Walls are a bit thin, so light sleepers beware.

it was very central to everything staff were brillant cannot fault it for a stag weekend I konow its the same in most hotels but breakfast was finished at 9 we were hardly in the bed

The room was very clean and spacious. There is plenty of safe parking spaces available. The bar food was very disappointing. The dish I got was clearly reheated but was still cold.

The hotel common areas are absolutely opulent-stunning drawing rooms and bar! My friend is still battling the hotel as they took the 240euro "holding" charge for room service off her credit card and still have not returned it.
