Moldly n dirty
I liked the closeness to the boardwalk and beach. The pool was nice.
I didn't like the mold in the bathroom shower, black mold! The bathroom light was broken and wouldn't turn on without playing with the switch. The ceiling in our room was starting to fall in the corner of our room. One towel for 4 people. Our carpeted floor had nothing but white paint stains all over it as well as the chair at the table. Extension cords were everywhere. Outlets wouldn't hold our phone cords. Tv is old and remote didn't work. No iron to iron out clothes, but we had the ironing board. Would not recommend for a family.
Can't believe it's still a national chain
It's a dump run by crooks. No irons in the room because "people steal them'. The breakfast is a joke. Do not stay here. Run away and don't look back.
good for the money
My room was clean bathroom was so clean I didn't even see soap scum on the tiles grate water pressure and the A/C to the room keep it ice cold even with it being 95 out with high humidity pool looked nice but didn't have time to use it and the coffee was fresh in the morning and there was free off street parking
The ice machine didn't work on the third floor and had to go to the lobby every time I needed ice, the outside carpet look like it needed to get changed out soon but you can tell the owners are working fixing the bad here. The last thing I didn't like was the houses behind this place and really trashy people living there they keep to them selves for the most part but from 2pm till 8pm you could here some yelling from in your room
felt very afraid
We stayed here for the convenience of being close to the boardwalk, and the price. We are a young couple, with young children. We felt very scared in this very run down and prostitute filled part of town. There is a crack house across the street, where drug deals went on throughout the day. The Endicott hotel down the street, is where homeless people, drug addicts, and prostitutes are out all hours of the day/night. A loud bar down the street, where apparently there is no cut off time, as at 7 am people are outside beligerntly drunk. I would not stay here again, even if they were giving away free rooms!!
I like the cly the room
The atención to the costomer...
The bed in the room was large. The bathroom was clean. The location was close to the boardwalk and beach.
The front desk staff were slow and not very friendly. The lobby was dirty and needed definite updating. The chairs and umbrellas in the pool area were broken. They certainly should buy new chairs, umbrellas and consider some tables for the pool area.
Terrible
If it rained I would have been indoors. The staff was courteous.
Staying in a homeless shelter would have been a better option. The stains on the carpet in my room could have been modern art. The TV looked like the vintage that came out when the A Team premired The bathroom was so small, there wasn't room to change your mind. The smell of the establishment only can be described as "unique" If I collected the dog hair from the floor I could have woven a door mat I was afraid to sleep under the covers, the only thing missing from this room was a chalk outline of a body to complete the motif.
the hotel was very un-kept and very dirty, including the corridors and the elevator. Also, the staff was very incompetent. after first night we checked out.
everything. the hotel was under standard of Supper 8 family.
everything was great no complaints about anything
no.
One good and alert young man working in the desk, willing to help when asked.
The "continental breakfast" was a joke and so was the number of chairs and tables where you were suppose to have your breakfast. The location in the lobby by the elevator wasn,t nice either...
When we checkedin they gave us a room out side the building on the road side which is not safe for my family, and when we complain they gave us a room for smokers.
i will say just three words ( dont stay there. )
due to the fact that we had extra luggage and our flight wasnt until after two the gentleman at the front was kind enough to stack our stuff in the small space that they have, this is what i call customer sevice, cause when i had asked the gentleman who checked us in the night b fore he told me flat out no even though i explained my situation
they need to ensure that all their bathroom fixtures work before assinging a room cause i think right now the water from cleaning our mouth and face is still sitting in the sink
