The Super 8 Verona is conveniently located just outside of Madison and an easy drive minutes from the Eagles Nest Ice Arena, the University Ridge Golf Course, the Epic Software Systems Campus and other venues such as the Alliant Energy Center, University of Wisconsin, Kohl Center and Camp Randall Stadium. Hotel is 100 percent smoke free. The hotel is bright, and the flood of available light is most noticeable in the southern-exposure seasonal outdoor pool and sun room. All rooms, completely refurbished in late 2006, have free high speed DSL/wireless Internet access, 70-plus channels on flat screen TVs with Cable/HBO, AM/FM clock radio, hair dryers and coffeemakers. Guests can catch up while enjoying a free light breakfast item together with your choice of coffee, tea and juice. The friendly staff at the Super 8 Verona takes pride in the hometown feel at the hotel and employees are available to help 24 hours a day with directions and recommendations for restaurants, entertainment sites and shopping centers. We offer Limited shuttle service from our facility to Epic and back for a nominal fee. 24 hours advance notice is required. We also have an Airport shuttle for a nominal charge, 24 - 48 hours advance notice is required. Please call our property for more details.

Pros (+) The hotel is next to highway so commute was very convenient.
Cons (-) I booked for a room with two Queen side beds and I did get it -- only problem was that the room was not cleaned. We had to swap for another room with two double beds. The new room was cleaned for sure, but the general condition was not beat down. There was a microwave and a small refrig which made noise all night. The breakfast was minimal. My kids got one yogurt.
