Pros (+) The rooms are incredible. The bed is comfortable. Most of all, the staff is welcoming and accommodating. Great location to walk to the Wintergardens, sky tower, ferries, and amazing restaurants.

Pros (+) Great staff, decor and food! The free breakfast was superb and the coffee decent. Enjoyed the soaking tub. The soaps were locally sourced and cruelty free and smelled wonderful.
Cons (-) Coffee could be better but that's all!
