Affordable, friendly guests and staff. Breakfast was great, and it provided a chance to chat with people.
I was put together in a room with long termers that worked early in the morning and the Strret noise level was to much. So sleep deprived even though I had ear plugs and had taken sleeping tablets. Certainly not for older people

Accesssible to the City
The location was good. Easy to access everything.
It was dirty, the receptionist was absolutely rude. She didn’t care about my friend or I. She was snobby. The place was dirty, mould stains everywhere. We had a random guy come into our private room, didn’t knock or anything. He came to ‘grab rubbish’.
sexist signs everywhere - I really don’t know why „wash your dishes your mum is not here” is so popular in hostels in this part of the world (Australia and NZ) - it’s just such a sexist saying, very very dissapointing, and NZ keep bragging that they were the first country with vote rights for women
