Pros. Location was very convenient.
Cons. Staff was VERY rude on many occasions. Once we finally complained to the regional, a whole new crew was brought in. FIrst night there, I started itching all over from the bed. Black hairs in the shower and sink, not mine! Internet was so slow even after we paid for the upgrade, which I had to call tech support on several occasions. It never got fixed. Screen missing from one of the windows in my room. We were on the 4th floor, good thing I didn't have children with me. Grocery carts thrown over the back parking lot retention pond. A/C never worked properly, had a mind of its own. Staff barged into our room moments after I told them I needed 30 min to an hour to finish up work, to change out the thermostat. Found blood on the door exiting the elevator. Saw a red headed centipede the size of a grass snake crawling up the exterior wall closest to the dumpsters. Disgusting!!! It goes on and on.....needless to say I do not recommend this dump to anyone. Proceed with caution if you absolutely have to stay. There are several hotels in the area that far exceed what this place offers. May cost a few dollars more but would be worth it!
