Staff very friendly. Location was easily accessible to places I needed to go to.
Furniture was showing signs of disrepair. Air conditioner was loud and either hot or cold, adjustment did not work. For a a Wyndham property, is was not as nice as I expected. Good for quick business trips and meetings away from the room; not so much for extended stays.
We got this hotel since it had 4 stars on the booking app and pretty good ratings. I’m one that doesn’t mind to spend a little bit more to get a nicer room, but according to the reviews and all I thought it was a good place and I could save money. We had our reservation for 2 days and upon arriving the hotel had a little funky smell. Didn’t think much of it, got my hotel card and went into the room. The rooms weren’t great, restroom was super small you couldn’t even open the door all the way. Carpet just looked old and nasty. And the bed wasn’t the comfiest. Again still didn’t mind just figured I got what I paid for. Well we go to bed we wake up the next day. And as we are getting ready my fiancé sees a bug and kills it. Then we searched up the bug and it looked exactly like a bed bug. So decided to see if we could find anymore and we didn’t. But we did find some of the yellow skin that they leave behind as they grow bigger on the mattress. At that moment I went downstairs to tell the lady in the front, I told her I was not comfortable. She quickly called her manager and they gave me a refund for one of my two nights. I quickly went else where, again I’ve never complained nor checked out of a place. But that was just beyond gross, spend a few bucks more and just go to a nice brand hotel. The lady in the front was very helpful, staff was nice. Hotel is just old and outdated.
The food in the Hideaway was terrible. We ordered two hamburgers medium well we received two uncooked the meat was raw. My waiter recooked mine and it was still raw. Our burgers were at no charge - I did not the staff make the proper adjustment. My comment if you keep serving food like someone is going to get sick. I will never say here again.
Always clean! I absolutely love the staff the man at the front desk was super welcoming and easy to talk to! The check in and out process is super easy
