Pros. I traveled with teens and an infant. The first thing the whole family notice was the extremely kind staff. Place is still new and the room was extremely clean. Breakfast was great. We had just left a 4 star water resort spa hotel and was upset with the staff and hygiene of the place and was happy to finally find a place that did it right this time.
Cons. No complaints.
Pros. Great hotel. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Stayed 2 nights then spent 2 nights at Hyatt Regency downdown Austin. Much preferred Sleep Inn. Came back for another night.
