Terrible service. Room was not what we had reserved. They didn’t care. Told us to go or another hotel. Never going back to a Westin.
Pros. The location was perfect and right in the middle of downtown hotspots.
Cons. The hotel and rooms were nice. Loved the decor of the hotel and rooms. The valet service was wonderful. My wife and I will visit this hotel more often for a get away and we live 25 miles south of Austin.
