Building work at the school across from the hotel, a generator was running 24 hours a day - very noisy! The room was cold and the air-con unit took hours to remove the chill. The hot water machine at breakfast was broken too! The TV kept turning itself off and the picture was terrible.

A safe, middle of the road hotel just 10 minutes by taxi to the centre of Averio. Free street parking or a small charge for hotel parking. Buffet breakfast and hotel restaurant (closed Sun eve and Mon). Safe were very pleasant and spoke reasonable English. Will call taxi and make reservations for restaurants in town.
Just a little bit tired looking - but good value for money and easy access overwrite this.

The hotel is very clean and big enough for 3 beds. We could stay comfortable enough without bumping into each other. All staff is polity, nice and helpful. The hotel is very quiet and it is easy to park very close to the hotel without having to pay an extra fee.
