Breakfast was good Rooms very clean Nice towels
Located in bland housing estate area and longish walk to the centre which I regard as around Jardim Rossio Receptionist on arrival unhelpful on where we could obtain food / beer . There was nothing obvious close by and where we could store our bicycles

We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel let us check in early - we had only expected to drop off our bags. Very nice perk, allowed us to maximize our site seeing time, which is a big deal when you are only in the town for 1 night.
Beds are very firm.
