- The location for my purpose was good - The rooms were spacious and clean - The shower was great and the products in the room were really nice (Rituals brand) - Generally good views
- When I emailed before arrival I never got a response - Walls were thin in the rooms, I could hear everyone around me. - The staff were generally really nice but not very accommodating for what is meant to be a 4 star property - The minibar didn’t have much choice in it and room service was limited. Seemed a missed opportunity to have good Portuguese wine in the room to try. - There was never anyone in the lobby bar for service - The building smelled of damp when it rained - The beds were really hard, I ended up with a sore shoulder and hip - They didn’t have any adapters to borrow for foreign travellers

Amazing new hotel, complete with full suite of amenities. The hotel is well taken care of, and is located close to the city centre, would recommend it if you have access to a car. The pool, turkish bath, sauna and gym were very well kept and elevated our experience at the hotel. The breakfast was impressive, and offered a variety of selections.
