Pros: The global evaluation is very good.
Cons: The mattress is a little bit too hard. the bed is also too much warm because there is no alternative to the duvet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Perfect and make you wat to return and stay longer.
Cons: Nothing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Good breakfast. Nice space.
Cons: The spa should be a relaxing space, however during our stay the pool and jacuzzi were occupied by children playing while making a lot of noise. We were able to get into de jacuzzi only to be almost expelled from it by children and their parents. The noise was also very uncomfortable. The staff did not act on it at all, and even told us we should not be using 2 shairs because the pool had a lot of people, even though we were 2! When we tried to explain, the staff did not listen.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bedroom was pretty comfort and the wifi is quite good. The place itself is like sleeping a old mansion full of history and tales.
Cons: The breakfast could be better, though it is quite reasonable for the price. Some more professional service from staff would turn our stay more comfortable.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place to stay for bike touring. We stayed one night while touring the Camino from Lisbon to Santiago. There was an area at the back of the property where we could wash our bikes with a hose, which we greatly appreciated. Our room, which was a seperate building behind the main house, was easily big enough to keep our two bikes inside (and there are also bike racks behind the main house as another option). The breakfast was excellent, and the main house itself is a grand old place that is beautiful.
Cons: The town had a series of power outages during the night, which set off the security alarms and emergency lighting including in our room. This was obviously disruptive to our sleep but was not the fault of the property owners.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners made us feel welcomed from the very moment we walked in! The environment is super relaxed and it makes you feel at home. The property is beautiful and kept to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place offers on top of regular needs: nice garden, billiard table, parking inside. Great place to stay in.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location very good, very clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room, comfortable beds and superb breakfast. The highlight was Jose’s réception. I arrived by train at 10:30 in the morning as I could not continue on the Camino Portugues due to blisters. Jose said “no problem your room is ready”. Clearly this was hours prior to the normal check in time. Due to Jose’s thoughfullness I was able to rest that day. I will never forget this kind gesture.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly host. Nice and well accessable room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the host, his kindness making take away breakfast packs for our early departure.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Impeccably clean, spacious and recently renovated rooms. Basic amenities provided. Friendly staff at the property. We arrived late from a wedding and were given a late breakfast served at around noon, which was truly nice to have. Plenty of parking space on the streets nearby.
Cons: Room was accessed outside of the property, facing the main street, which was awkward. To have breakfast or to access reception, you have to walk on the street and enter a gate on the other side.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a unique property in an unprepossessing town. It has both rooms and stables and is busy during horse show season. We were the only guests that night and were greeted by a pleasant gentleman who took care to see we were settled in. We had picked the area at random so were pleased to find such a well run, quirky place.

8.5 Excellent (203 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic place to stay in Golegã especially when on the Camino route as you have very comfortable rooms for either 2/3/4 of you or shared dorms, clean bathrooms, lovely useful and clean kitchen! We were made to feel so welcome I can’t thank the staff enough! I had the most horrendous blisters from walking and I was seen by a lovely foot specialist who even drove us to a local restaurant after my treatment! Unbelievable!!! So helpful! We loved our stay there ... thank you xxx
Cons: Nothing!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved it. The staff gave a warm welcome after a long day of walking to reach the destination. Received a message during the day to check when I might arrive and were very accommodating.
Cons: The room was a bit cold, but there were extra heavy blankets in the cupboard, so really not a negative.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice bathtub, quite place and fairly close to the Camino. The common kitchen was a good place to meet and talk with other pilgrims.
Cons: There was a nice balcony but no chairs, would have been nice to sit down.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Hot bath
Cons: Heater didn’t work, no coffee, tea or breakfast even to purchase. It was cold and lacked atmosphere. The whole arrangement was unsuitable for pilgrims who aren’t in a position to carry food and have walked one of the longest Camino stages. It wasn’t very close to any shops so when we were exhausted it meant we had no access to refreshments.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Helpful host was perfect!

Pros: Nice place to stay one night. Silent location. I got a lift to the train station next morning.
