Pros: Hotel was fine and nice but a lot of traffic noise.
Cons: Traffic noise. Room could be bigger
Pros: The clean room, soft bed, and great shower.
Cons: The desk people didn't seem knowledgeable, they didn't offer breakfast, and they just didn't convince the customer at all.
Pros: Pleasant staff, modern and very clean.
Cons: A little further out from the center of town than I had thought
Pros: central location
Cons: old poor rooms, hard beds, an under performing Hilton, restaurant closed.

Somewhat centrally located, clean & modern room (if a bit small). However, we would not give this a 4-star rating due to the lack of special touches, low-quality toiletries an bad coffee. I did complain to the desk staff about about these things. We were not charged the £24 for 2 days parking, which was a nice gesture. I e-mailed the manager and told of our displeasure and was offered 50% discount and an upgrade next time we stayed in Bristol.
Pros: Less than a 10 minute walk into the main shopping district of Bristol city centre.
Cons: Beds too firm, room too hot, toilet paper & facial tissues were thin and rough, coffee in restaurant horrible.
Pros: Very close to railway station, and not far from shopping centers. The room looks quite new.
Cons: It lacks the safety deposit box.
The reception staff were very helpful and called us prompt taxis :) the service and drinks at the hotel bar were also excellent.
Pros: We booked this hotel for its excellent central location near the harbourside and Cabot Circus. It was actually in an even better spot than we hoped, not far from Temple Meads. The room was very clean and pleasant and the staff were extremely helpful.
Modern, clean hotel. Food was good and staff very attentive. Would recommend.
Pros: Price, cleanliness and staff.
Cons: Was a bit of a magnet for hen and stag do's. Probably because of the price!

Pros: Two members of staff friendly and pleasant room pleasantly decorated ideally situated for the places we wished to visit
Cons: One member of staff questioned need for more milk "our housekeeper keeps a strict eye on things like this" !!! even though the blurb in the room invited guests to request more milk if required - shame as this did marr thigns a little. Very dusty in places it was not clear from the booking process whether the room was paid in advance or not (it wasn't)
Pros: A lovely quirky hotel with bags of character and friendly welcoming staff.
Pros: First was the friendly staff ,the ease of check in. After being shown to our rooms to were invited down for a complimentry drink ,we have travelled the world over never ever have we had a free drink!!!!the attention to detail in the inn ! top qualitybed linen &towels, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in .the location to the important sites was excellent, but mostly it was the staff who deserve a big pat on the back they were fabulous.we were with friends from norway and they were very impressed,we can't wait to return. Thankyou
Pros: Convenient to the centre of town, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Cons: They had double booked one of our rooms - that was resolved but it was a bit of stressful start. On the second day, the cleaner left one of our rooms part cleaned with the main door and fire escape door from the room open so it was completely unsecured. I lost faith in the place somewhat as a consequence.
Pros: Central location was brilliant. (Breakfast was very good too)
Cons: Not really a bad point, just a conmment. Would be more convenient not to have to vacate room by 10 am on day of departure, particularly on a Sunday.
Pros: Excellent location. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and other tourist information. Overall a wonderful weekend I couldn't have asked for better.
Pros: Fantastic location and wifi working nicely in the room.
Cons: Better have a small suitcase as the old building as this has narrow stairs, but this is an advantage to pack reasonably :)
Pros: the friendly atmosphere
Pros: friendly atmosphere and staff great location
