Pros: Great owner + quiet place
Pros: We arrived during a very stormy time in Toscana, and the region was cold and has no power. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm room heated by the fireplace. Despite no power during most of the evening, we were able to stay warm and dry. The host prepared everything for us for the bad weather condition. The next day, we had a nice breakfast and many homemade products (jam, honey, cakes...)
Pros: Very nice accommodation, we had the bungalow next to the house, good bed, separate bathroom, comfortable fireplace in the room for the chilly nights. Kind hostess Nora, who really tries to make you feel at home and tells you everything you need to know about sightseeings and restaurants (all +20 minutes away) in the neighbourhood! Breakfast is good.
Pros: I like everything about this place! Nice and friendly host that make you feel at home..peaceful environment that one person can really enjoyed and relaxed!
Pros: Lovely owner, beautiful breakfast, amazing setting.
Pros: We had the most wonderful time. Great place with lovely people. Love to come back!
Pros: Such lovely hospitality and family feel.
Located in Civitella Paganico, Petriolo Siena Terme & Spa Hotel is a 1-minute drive from Terme Petriolo and 7 minutes from Basso Merse Nature Reserve. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in.
Pros: Bathroom was really nice and clean, beds comfortable.
Cons: There is a new highway just behind the hotel. They said they are full, but it was like being in a big ghost hotel ... a bit scary ... ;-)
Cons: The breakfast
Pros: Beautiful Panorama, Spacious room, wonderful inside&outside thermal pool !
Cons: There were a few black outs because of heavy rain. The maintenance should be improved. Also the attitude of some staff that does not solve immediately when there was a problem, should be improved.
Pros: Room was nice and big. Staff was friendly.
Cons: No WiFi in room. A/c didn’t work. It’s got a highway running right next to it that is not pictured. Place was almost empty.
With a stay at Agriturismo Il Casalino in Civitella Paganico, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Basso Merse Nature Reserve and Val di Merse. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: hard place to find, bad sign posting, untidy house, cat smell, cold room, loads of moths, no extra blankets, shower flooding after 30 seconds of running water, internet never worked, owner nowhere to be found after first encounter on arrival and still got an email asking for 10 euros cleaning fee!!!.
Pros: The place is really beautiful, both indoors and outdoors. A very nice pool with a stunning view on a hill with a picturesque old little town, Pari. Lot's of area around the house for the kids to play. Our apartment was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. Kitchen very well equipped. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Agriturismo il Casalino. Hope to come back one day.
Cons: Wi-fi could have worked a bit better.
Pros: The hospitality. The host was very helpful
Cons: Some wifi problems
Pros: This is a wonderful place. We arrived late at night, the owner of the house met us and showed us everything. He is very hospitable and sincere person. This is the place where you can relax from everyday bustle, relax, play with animals and enjoy the beauty of nature. In the courtyard there is a beautiful pool and sun loungers, in general all that a person needs for happiness. Thank you so much!
