Very complete room. The bed was extremely comfy.
Convenient. Staff friendly
No problems at all
The view was great. Beds comfortable and chairs also.
The bathroom door would not stay open I found it odd there was no microwave but didn’t need it on this trip.
The room was pleasant and basically comfortable and quiet. If the above was better I would book there again.
First, we had problems with the hotel WiFi all weekend and I spent much too much time talking to the staff and trying to get it to function. It would go on and off from Friday to Sunday during our stay. When I told the reception desk again about it they begrudgingly took $15 off our bill but I feel that was not enough. Secondly, there was always water on the floor of our bathroom that had nothing to do with myself or my granddaughter.
Royal Sonesta is right on the waterfront of the inner harbor. It’s located close to many shops and restaurants - all within walking distance. Fabulous area to walk, jog, grab a scooter and enjoy outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - very nice and helpful staff, clean comfy room, great view! We will definitely be back!
We found nothing wrong at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!
