Pros: The atmosphere, accommodations, views and experience were exceptional. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our desire to go to an obscure vegan restaurant, communicating with the taxi driver & restarants to ensure our safe & Happy experience. Exceptional service.
Pros: Great hotel, the wing with the river view balconies are totally worth it. Also free shuttle boat down to a market!
This family-friendly Bangkok hotel is located on a river, within a 15-minute walk of Assumption Cathedral, Bangkok Folk Museum, and Sri Mariamman Temple. Patpong Night Market and Lumpini Park are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Pros: Staff were always helpful.
There was no sense of the staff stinting on anything--amenities in the bathroom, tea and coffee.
There was plenty of water.
Cons: The food in the hotel--not the Celadon--is extraordinarily expensive. I had dinner for two on Saturday and spent less than 3,000 Baht. But brunch on Sunday was 3,200 baht. Ouch.
Pros: Absolutely wonderful.. Staff, grounds, service .. A1
What a pleasure .. loved it
Pros: The service was great. Very friendly, which was welcome after being on the road in Thailand. The gym and spa were tops.
Pros: Swimming pool
Cons: Italian restaurant
Pros: Quiet, classy property.
Comfortable bed with great pillow selection.
Great dining options.
Nice gym and pool area.
Pros: Room was lovely, service was excellent, pool was large, gym was well appointed. The entire grounds of the hotel feel like an oasis in the busy city, with no sound getting past the long driveway in, and the rooms well designed to allow for privacy, quiet, and relaxation.
Cons: Every piece of equipment I tried in the gym had a problem with the headphone jack; I had to prop the headset halfway out with towels to get good sound.
The Sukhothai Bangkok maintained an incomparable design and distinct style. Symmetrical colonnades, reflection pools, open-air arcades, combined with the best natural materials bronze, teakwood and marble together with fine fabrics and mirrors. From the moment you walk in, you feel youve entered a timeless place. Frozen in time, yet quietly dynamic.
Cons: Rooms are a little dark for my taste. I want more light!

Pros: Great location. The staff was very friendly. Great first impression upon checking in. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 anniversary and we loved the hotel.
Pros: Everything. Location.. service.. ambiance without being pretentious. A cool place.
Cons: Can't think of anything.

Cons: There's supposed to be an underground walkway connecting to hotel from the airport. Never found it. What I did find was a little table by accident with name of hotel offering shuttle ride. TG. Desconcertin lobby space. Room was spacious but there was a leaky ceiling above bathroom door which caused me to slip when I had to get up in the middle of the night tonuse bath room. By morning there was a sizable puddle and had to put towels. Called and had it repaired within 20'. I have found over the years that new and shiny construction in Bangkok is shoddy. And this overnight experience confirmed it.
Pros: love that it's right at the airport, very comfortable, great facilities, good breakfast.
Cons: I booked an overnight stay but my kayak reservation said check in sunday/check out monday (correct) but the hotel booking said "day use only" (which is inherently paradoxical to overnight check in/out) and desk person was very insistent I had booked it wrong (I did not) then put me in a smoking room when I clearly indicated non-smoking on the rez. Not so great. Got moved but didn't have the check in experience I expected for the price/brand.
Pros: Proximity to airport and ability to avoid Bangkok traffic make the Novotel well worth the price of the room.
Cons: We stayed in room 1531. During the night, the lights in our room on would flicker on between the hours of 2AM-5AM. I thought the room could have been haunted but was too scared to research. Regardless, there was some sort of wiring issue which made for an unrelaxing night of sleep.
Pros: Free shuttle to and from airport.
Air conditioning system is quiet for those sensitive to noise
Housekeeping is responsive, after requesting an iron and ironing board, they were brought to my room within 15 minutes.
Cons: 10min Wait times to check-in at registration when busy
My room smelled like someone had been smoking in it once I turned on the A/C. All the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, filter probably needed to be replaced.
Pros: A good hotel for the money. Room was clean and spacious.
Pros: This hotel is ideal for short stay, excellent decoration, very pleasing, one of the best airport stay in the world.
I would recommend it.
Pros: The location is great if you need a quick stay near the airport.
Cons: The hotel is nice, but a little pricey-- I think they're using their monopoly power as the only airport hotel. The rooms are modern and clean. The hallways are oddly dated and seem like they're out of the mid 80s.
My biggest complaint is that they charged my card for no reason. I was originally told that the card would be taken in case of damage to the room (there was none and I checked out successfully), however upon returning home, I noticed that they charged me anyway! And not just the $1 temporary authorization to see if the card is valid.... $65! Only after I emailed them and let them know that I didn't appreciate that I was forced into loaning them money did they reverse the charges. The reversal should have happened automatically upon check-out.
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Poor internet connectivity for which hotel charges. Cheaper hotels offer free wifi.
Significantly more expensive than area hotels.
Pros: The biggest draw is the proximity to the airport and the transportation the hotel provides between it. It's a nice hotel, in the sense that it's expensive, culture-less, and sterile. It provides nice amenities. Massive king-sized bed, like one of the biggest I've ever seen.
Cons: We were very displeased with the staff. Many of them seemed that they were unhappy, and we were surprised by the lack of friendliness that we found throughout the rest of Thailand. We were told when we first arrived that room with the king bed that we booked was unavailable and we were given a room with two twin beds. This was unacceptable for the last night of our *honeymoon*. My wife complained forcefully enough, and they gave us a room with a king bed that was two doors down from our original. How in the world was that "unavailable"?!? You're better off with hotel that's a few minutes further away with friendlier staff and at a quarter of the price.
Pros: 5 minutes away from the airport and there's a free shuttle. The bathroom had a connection to the TV so you can listen to it while you shower.
Cons: Had to pay for internet access - about $10 for 12 hours. I don't appreciate being penny pinched.
Touch down in 4-star comfort at Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport hotel, a 5-minute covered walk or free 24-hour shuttle ride from the terminals. No set check-in time, guests can arrive anytime and check-out 24 hours later. The choice of five restaurants and bars off the lavish atrium lobby make recharging your batteries a pleasure at Novotel. Business and Fitness facilities open on 24 hours.
Pros: My girlfriend and I had a great time at Dream. The staff was all very friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast was great! Really good value for the money. Close to modern hospital where we got our travelers vaccinces.
Pros: Breakfast is very nice (including a self serve Bloody Mary station for "those mornings ;) The rooftop pool is great for a dip, the guys opening the doors and stopping traffic for you to cross the street, and, of course the rooms are very comfortable.
Cons: The TV control thingy is a little odd but not a real problem
Cons: The fixtures in the bathroom were dated
Pros: close to subway station
Cons: Early check in fees. Very Overpriced at the time I was there.
Pros: The customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean and the location was central to so many places I visited. As an added bonus Club Climax was downstairs which just made the hotel that much better.
Pros: Room was perfect, staff was very nice, morning buffet and restaurant staff were wonderful. Bed was good, wifi had constant connection, was walk to Terminal 21 mall, good restaurants nearby, the Smile massage shop half a block down the street is one of the best in town, easy taxi service. All in all an upscale very nice place to stay.
Pros: The free breakfast was great!
Internet connection was very good.
Very close to the BTS train so that was great.
Lots to eat/drink nearby
They sent me a piece of cake on my birthday. That was a nice surprise.
Housekeepers were nice and courteous. If you didn't request your room cleaned, they'd call and ask if you needed it cleaned or needed anything.
Cons: We got in at 6am and couldn't check in early. I saw reviews where people did and I was hoping to do the same.
The shower was only hot the first 2 days and then luke warm after. Also there's no shower door so it didn't keep the warmth in and water got all over floor.
I expected the room to be a bit bigger.
The pool being across the street sucks, it's just inconvenient.
It wasn't bad but it wasn't the best either. For the price It's definitely worth it.
Pros: great price which included the buffet and internet. i would stay again.
Cons: water leaks out of the shower as there is no door and it runs on the floor.
Pros: the lobby
Cons: Extremely rude staff, and still fighting for my refund that was supposed to be 984$ of which i received $500 only. In my eyes it is a theft.
If i were to come to you and take &484 from you i would be in jail, right? But i have to fight with the property for the same amount of money without any consequences for them even though i had received at official letter from the Dream Hotel that they would deposit 984$ back into my account. I always use kayak and had no problems before with anything. Please help me if you can.

Pros: Central location, close to Nana BTS station. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The hot water from the shower wasn't as hot as I would like it to be.
Pros: Incredible location surrounded by great bars restaurants and clubs. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Cons: The shower head was far too low, but if that's the only negative thing, it still qualifies as good value.
This family-friendly Bangkok hotel is located in the business district, within a 15-minute walk of Embassy of the United States and Central Chidlom Department Store. CentralWorld Shopping Complex and Lumpini Park are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Pros: Cleanest bathroom hotel in Bangkok I have stayed in.
Cons: Too far from the action. Had to catch a taxi everywhere.
Pros: Everything is new because renovation has just finished.
Cons: Some area under decoration.
Pros: Very good value for money. Very professional staff!
The 23-story centrally-located Atrium Bangkok is a 15 minute drive from Sukhumvit Road shopping and nightlife, and 2 miles (3 km) from the Queen Sirikit Convention Center. The Bangkok International Hospital is 3.5 kms away.
Cons: Out of way for walking. Not a very good location
