Breakfast and happy hour were amazing! Staff at the front desk were phenomenal as well. Special shoutout to Isabel and Linda at the front. Extremely helpful with directions and subway stops along with future travels. Another shoutout goes to Sebastian during happy hour. Always helpful, friendly AND eager to make things relaxed after a long day of running around. One potential improvement would be addition of a hottub/jacuzzi. Main pool and hydro pool are unheated.

Cons:kicked out of outside pool area at 5:00 pm we were told it was hired out for special function
Pros:Staff is excellent no doubt about it, very attentive of needs, very special treatment to guests. I will definately stay again. Nice and big shopping mall across the street. Plenty of taxis and close to public transportation.
Cons:Hallway rugs need replacing, but are clean.
