Pros: quiet, peaceful. Very good breakfast, everyone was friendly. We had a pet to stay free with courtesy of the hotel.
Cons: No, but we thought every room had a refrigerator and microwave.
Pros: Room size
Cons: Bed seemed to roll us to the outside edge.
Pros: Great Hospitality!
Pros: Clean, pet friendly, good location, good breakfast, good value.
Cons: Doors slam loudly.
Pros: It was very quiet and clean.
Cons: The hotel filled up overnight and getting breakfast in the morning was very difficult--nowhere to sit, and people not leaving when finished. The hotel cost was also a LOT higher than I expected to pay, and there were few options in the area.
Pros: Very courteous and helpful. Always smiling and pleasant. Spotless room!
Pros: Very clean, friendly staff and great location for exploring the bourbon trail.
Pros: Centrally located to everything we wanted to do.
Pros: Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our stay
Pros: The hotel was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was very good. It snowed when we were there and the parking lot and walk ways were kept cleaned off which was nice.
Pros: The location in relation to our planned event
Cons: The staff allowed a high school wrestling team to run the halls, stomping and yelling way beyond 2a.m. Needless to say, we didn't sleep very well at all.
Pros: staff very freindly, we arrived early and we didn't have to wait for our room it was ready.
Cons: The cable wasn't working one day and it took most of the day to fix and still some channels didn't work.

Pros: Very comfortable, clean, nice room, close to almost everything there is to see and do, in walking distance from downtown, fairly good breakfast.
Cons: eggs could have been a little fresher for the people who preferred to sleep late, but it wasn't a big deal.
Pros: The staff was wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the breakfast very good. The location is great, if you want to do the Bourbon Trail or visit Bardstown. It is a bit of a walk to downtown, but in nice weather it would be fun.
Cons: The carpet was worn, but not gross. It was just a little rough around the edges if you looked closely. Nothing to keep us away next time!
Shower head was very low, so you had to squat a little to wash your hair, (I'm 5'8").
Cons: It smelled, dirty, walls were nasty, the pillows were really horrible. You didn't want to lay your head on them( they were all different sizes). The breakfast area was nasty. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! No remote, very, very outdated. The outside will
Pros: It was clean
Cons: The breakfast available was all bread grain products, prepackaged. Looks like items were kept in the freezer when left over.

Cons: Room smelled like Indian cuisine was cooked in there for 10 years straight with no venting. Was right next to the office and I could hear every time the phone rang or someone opened/closed a door. People partying in the courtyard until 1am and the bed smelled like wet dog.Room 113 was terrible.
Cons: Door key and lock didn't work, used condoms behind bed with a lot of dirt.
Cons: TOWELS, DIRTY FLOOR, MOLD IN THE BATHROOM, NO POOL IT WAS GREEN. BED NOT MADE, TRASH NOT TAKEN OUT.
Pros: It was in a decent location
Cons: The bed had stains all over it. The sheets were worsr with the dried vomit and someone left a load on a different part of the bed. We left without paying but when I was trying to make sure they didnt charge us, my friend was being hounded by the guy in charge of cleanliness, bc we left the sheets turned down looking for gross stains.
