Supplier choice

Nice, helpful staff. Our train was delayed, so we arrived during the siesta (Hertz Bari was closed 1300-1530, then the staff person who could check us out was delayed by his own train until after 1600. We were disappointed to lose ~3 hours at our one night at a “splurge” masseria. Car was great & allowed us to explore Puglia! We got a hybrid, so helped with gas mileage too!

Compact

No car pick up at airport , I had to take a train to bari center to pick up the car. Also i wanted to return one day later, impossible to get someone on the phone, and impossible to modify the rental online…. So basically, no one answers, and online website doesn’t work to modify ????

Intermediate

I rented a mercedes benz or similar and was given a Jeep Renegade. Charged the same price. The renegade costs $60 a day less on the booking website. I was told the Avis has no luxury cars because of theft in Puglia. Then why do you have it available as an option to rent a Mercedes? Also Sandro at the counter was very rude. Can someone contact me to discuss the charges? I will not be using Avis again.
