Horrible experience with staff people in the counter; i didn’t get the info about International licence on time, but i get i’m responsable to find out what’s needed to drive in Italy, the thing is they were disrespectful and didn’t show any interest and give me good info or any solutions; also i write two mails and call them to say i was going to be late, and they said it was ok, but then change 95 euros for the late show up; never again with Europcar!Reviewed Jul 19 2026

We haven't been informed that Italy requests international driving licence. We waited 2.5 hours in the line to take the car and at the end the officer of EuropCar told us that you cannot rent a car here. Very disappointed.Reviewed Sep 18 2024

These guys are the worst. Watch out for all kinds of hidden charges and if anyone tells you anything about your rental, make sure you get it in writing. These guys are supreme scam artists. Don’t get suckered like I did.Reviewed Jun 5 2024
