The breakfast offered was excellent and also the room was really kept clean. It was a bit distant from the train station but the buses are really within reach

Nice hotel, good location, good service.

The staff were a pleasure and we booked in very quickly. Breakfast was excellant and you could eat as much as you want. Bus service into Bologna was amazing, buses ran every minute or so, never had to wait longer than a minute. On web site. hotel looks ultra modern, it is not. Reception area is fantastic but when you get upstairs you realise it is quite old. Bathrooms have been modernised. Sink in bathroom is a farce as the stopper/plug does not close and nver will. ( it does not close according to manager or whoever came when we complained) What are men who wet shave supposed to do, use the Bidet!!!!!. Rether awkward, I would have thought. Also felt the beds were rather small. My friend is short and she felt her feet were practically hanging out the bottom of the bed. It would really have been nice if thre was somewhere to sit or a bar, but there is a minute reception area and that is it as regards any public space.

The breakfast is great

The staff were very helpful regarding info about ZTL zones and in granting our request for a late check-out at no extra charge. Parking was free and the shopping centre within 2 mins walk was handy. Only 10mins drive into Bologna and close to motorway links for travelling around the region. Rooms were minimal, but clean and comfortable. Wired internet free (cables provided). Not the best breakfast.

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast was good. Menu in hotel restaurant limited. Wifi in our bedroom did not work. Have to go to hotel lobby to get signal. Schedule of hotel shuttle to Bologna Centro should include a trip back to hotel around 5 pm.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for 7 nights. We originally booked a deluxe rm & on arrival the hotel upgraded us to an executive suite which we appreciated. It was lovely & very comfortable. The location is excellent, straight across from the train station. Noise was not an issue. Hotel well insultated from outside noise. The downside was breakfast could have been more varied. Various items ran low eg croissants/bread, there was a slowness to refill these items. Basically,iit wasn't topped up. The threadmill in the gym was not working & was not repaired even though we inquired. Hotel very expensive, 2 drinks cost €14. The hotel is way overpriced for the services provided. Would have to re-think if I would stay there again

Facilities are kept in excellent conditions. Extremely helpful staff. They even helped me fix a problem with my camera.

nice size room; free health club facilities (small but adequate) location of hotel near the train station was convenient for day trips out of Bologna; but the area was seedy, particularly at night

Modernity meets traditon in this superbly converted nineteenth-century palazzo. Attention to detail is everywhere. The quality and minimalism of the furnishings encourages restfulness and relaxation. Breakfast is superb. The staff are extremely helpful and many extra details are thought of such as complimentary mineral water, extra toiletries and a suitable daily newsaper.

This is a very good hotel for a stay in Bologna, business wise or pleasure. Perfect location, private parking space, luxury / designy atmosphere and good size suite. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Its location was very good My shower was leaking badly however the staff did offer to move me so I really have no complaints

Hotel very clean, staff helpful, excellent breakfast. The sofa bed in the room was not very big or comfortable and the vending machine in the lobby was not working during our entire stay.

The breakfast was great and room was modern and clean. Public bus available just outside the hotel was very useful for trips to and from the city centre.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and with enough space. The shower has plenty of pressure (really important after a good night out). You can print ur boarding pass and the doors are open 24 hrs a day. Well, what can u expect... the breakfast is not that special, I preferred to go outside, but that just because in Bologna u can get such great breakfast, just around the corner :) And dont forget to ask for that second big towel if you are with two persons
