Pros: Lovely big clean room with tea and coffee in a beautiful relaxing home. Breakfast on the terrace and swimming in the pool were the highlights. Highly recommend
Pros: Everything was excellent
Pros: Very friendly and attentive hosts who were happy to converse in English (a big bonus as it made for far more interesting discussions!). Sparkling clean facilities, a very comfy bed, great home cooking, and only 20mins drive from the airport on a Sunday morning (probably longer on a weekday!). Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very well looked after.
Pros: Owners were extremely friendly and helpfull. I arrived late and exhausted on bike, and they provided a fantastic home-cooked dinner with local products and wine. Room was beautyfull with a very modern, spacious bathroom. Nice breakfast and they even printed bike-friendly wineroutes out. Fantastic service!
Pros: Breakfast was amazing. The host went to so much trouble to explain everything and gave brilliant recommendations for our onward journey. The accommodation is superb.
Pros: The B&B is located in a residential area, well off the highway but still well connected. The room was lovely, with sight on the pool, a nice big bathroom with walk in shower, and a walk-in closet. Safe is in the closet, as well as a kettle to boil water (and tea bags are provided) and a small nespresso machine with a few cups. Coffee mugs and a small cake were also waiting for us, as well as a bottle of water. Laurence was a fantastic host, very friendly. What we hadn't noticed when booking is that the B&B is about 25 minutes driving from the coast, as well as from Bordeaux (that we knew). So it's an ideal base if you want to visit both.
Pros: Great location close to the airport. Quiet and tranquil, it's a beautiful place to hang out. Laurence and Claude could not have been nicer or more helpful and breakfast was amazing. Ten out of ten.
Pros: The owners were wonderful, lovely room and bathroom. Pool looked great! Breakfast outdoors.

Pros: EVERYTHING was perfect. We look forward to coming back next year.
Pros: The room was cosy and spacious. Breakfast was quite good, with organic fruit and home-made marmalade, amongst other things. Isabelle, the owner, was super nice and helpful, and she gave me great tips for restaurants and things to do/see in Bordeaux. It was a real pleasure!
Pros: Everything:location, food, esthetics of every aspect of the surroundings, the upscale pillows and, foremost,Isabelle's unflinching hospitality
Pros: Attractive property not far from Bordeaux. Isabelle, the hostess, is very friendly and helpful and made our stay wonderful. Excellent breakfast including homemade marmalade and fresh fruit. Comfortable bed. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros: The bed was soooo comfortable. Isabelle is great. The breakfast was really nice with home made crepes and yogurt.
Pros: Everything. Very welcoming host, very clean, quiet, accomodating, excellent homemade breakfast. And the host takes time to help guests and gives excellent advices to visit the region.

Pros: The house is very nice. The owners have been very kind and helpful. The house has a truly artistic touch and it is nice to be in.
Cons: Unfortunately the water closed is not in the room. It is outside although is private. Parking is not private but public. Begles is a mesh of narrow two way streets with parked cars. You have to find a place where to park the car.
Pros: Such a lovely stay in a beautiful home with gorgeous art made by the host. Really friendly and welcoming. We even went on a bike ride together after dinner!
Cons: Toilet is outside the bedroom.
Pros: The owner was very helpful and we used the apps to overcome the language barrier. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room excellent. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The toilet is outside of the bedroom which made us a little uncomfortable. Otherwise all was good.
Pros: Very comfortable room in this attractive house full of art and interesting objects. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyable breakfast of brioche and home-made apricot jam.
Cons: This is a suburb of Bordeaux so good value but downside was that arriving on a Sunday it was quite difficult to find somewhere open for dinner. Fortunately, we did find an excellent restaurant a bit of walk away.
Pros: The artwork. Interesting talking with the hosts. Helpful with public transport.
Pros: Very friendly host, our French is v basic and her English equally so, but we got by very well (helped by a translation program on occasion). The room was great, very comfortable with a fabulous bathroom & shower. Excellent secure bike storage. Very good local restaurant for Dinner and Boulangerie for breakfast.
Cons: Nothing, had a great stay.
Pros: It was a pleasure staying here and I was made to feel very welcome. The artwork is also great that is on the walls. When I next come through Bordeaux I will definitely come again. It is 10/10 and 5 stars. Thank you for such a lovely stay and for accommodating my dietary needs.
Cons: It was perfect in every way. There is nothing that I would change.
When you stay at Château Pape Clément - Bernard Magrez Luxury Wine Experience in Pessac, you'll be next to a golf course, just steps from Chateau Pape Clement and 8 minutes by foot from Chateau Haut Brana. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Excellent personalised service- Delicious high quality breakfast Very professional and informative tour
Cons: Only choice for evening meal nearby was a mediocre restaurant which was expensive
Pros: From early email communication to our late-night check-in and throughout our stay the service at Chateau Pape Clement was up to highest standards. The historic rooms impressed, as did the included breakfast and winery tour. The hotel is a short drive from the airport or the city center.
Cons: Our children would have enjoyed a pool or playground.
Pros: A very classy Château and very welcoming. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The grounds, the building and the wine tour, amazing. We loved everything about the place. A special mention must go to Carl who is an excellent wine tour guide and a very friendly young man. He made the tour very informative and enjoyable.
Cons: A lack of restaurant on site. Also the staff is a little too formal. I guess this type of establishment demands it.
Pros: The excellent interieurs and exterieurs of the accomodation, together with the attentiveness of the staff were making the stay here at the chateau a dream!
Cons: The coffee at the breakfast was very basic. Otherwise an excellent breakfast!
Pros: Fresh produce great staff perfect setting
Cons: Nothing! I shall stay there again!"
With a stay at this villa in Merignac, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Chateau Haut Brion and St. Seurin Basilica. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The enthusiasm and good reception on the part of the property The feel at home
Cons: everything was perfect
Pros: Laurence is simply great.
Pros: Fabulous breakfast, large bedroom and great shower. Host is ever so friendly and helpful.
Cons: Would have benefitted from aircon in the bedroom itself
Pros: The room was very comfortable and with light
Pros: Loved the decor and the host was so friendly and welcoming!
Cons: The shower situated in the bedroom wasn’t ideal.
Pros: Very friendly and homely feel. Excellent breakfast made by wonderfull mistress of the house. Were pleasantly surprised by modern design inside of the house and lovely garden where we couldn't hear the noises of the city. Recomend.
Pros: The Interior design of the house is beautiful. A large room (more than enough for a couple+1) with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom and toilets with lots of space. A nice view (from a big window) to the backyard. The owner was waiting for us late at night ( after the check-in hours) due to delayed flight - thank you. As I found out later, the owner sent us a few messages saying that there are other guests and they're sleeping and asked us not to ring the bell, but since we didn't see the messages, we rang - sorry for that.
Cons: There was no parking available for us when we arrived (in the special requests section it was written that we would like a free parking - but it is based on availability). There's also a parking lot in front of the house but except the handicap parking, all spots were taken. I had to drive around for 15 more minutes (it was late, around 1:30 am) to find a free spot 500 meters from the house.
Pros: Laurence was so friendly and helpful, her breakfast was lovely, and it was nice to be in her beautiful home. The room was very attractive. The location was a 10-15 mins walk from a tram stop which made it easy to get into the city centre with no parking worries. The free parking right opposite the B&B was good too.
Cons: Nothing really. The street facade belies the lovely interior and it has no signage to say it’s the Shandita B&B so we weren’t sure we were in the right place, but Lawrence spotted us and came out to greet us.
Boasting a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, and a terrace, La Casa Bonita features accommodation in Martignas-sur-Jalle with free WiFi and garden views. Bordeaux is 19 km from La Casa Bonita, while Mérignac is 13 km from the property. The nearest airport is Mérignac Airport, 12 km from the accommodation.
Pros: - Good value for the price - Calm neighborhood - GREAT private pool - VERY comfortable bed - Room with all the amenities - Friendly and attencious host - Reasonable breakfast (served in front of the pool)
Cons: - The laptop didn’t work properly with the wifi - Small bathroom sink
Pros: This is sort of a "carriage house" in a private suburban home with a view of the (heated) pool. Our host was helpful and friendly and pointed us to an excellent restaurant for dinner. The continental breakfast served in the lovely garden was very good.
Cons: The room is a bit cramped, and the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom. This didn't bother us, but it might put others off.
Pros: Location is excellent if you want to explore Bordeaux region by car. It's close to the airport (but not too close), an hour drive from Saint-Emilion, 40 minutes from Arcachon and 30 minutes from Bordeaux city centre. The hosts were lovely and helpful, the accommodation great value for money. Can't wait to go back and try the pool!
Located in Pessac, Maison Lucilda is a 4-minute drive from Hospital Haut-Leveque and 5 minutes from Zoo Bordeaux-Pessac. Featured amenities include microwave in a common area and refrigerator in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very friendly host, great breakfast.
Pros: Isabelle and Thierry were very friendly and welcoming. This is their home and they run a little B&B for guests. I chose it for the close proximity to the Bordeaux airport because I knew I'd be tired. Isabelle is a very sweet lady and went out of her way to make me comfortable.
Pros: My suite was nice and spacious. It wee airy and overlooked the garden. The breakfast was really nice. Lady of the house bakes the cake and canalis
Pros: Very friendly hosts and lovely breakfast with homemade treats.
Cons: No A/C

Pros: Vivian is really kind, friendly and good people. The house is very good so I'll be back soon ...
Pros: Nice view from the balcony, comfortable beds, quiet area and very friendly hostess
Pros: Beautifully presented accommodation close to tram. Friendly welcome.
Cons: Did not realise when booking that it is shared toilet facilities with owner in the apartment.
Pros: This is a lovely, stylish and clean apartment on the 8th floor with a marvelous view of Bordeaux downtown. Hostess Viviane is extremely friendly, she lives in the same location and tries to create cozy atmosphere. Tram line A is located in 5 minutes of walk and delivers you right to the city center. Parking is available though we didn't need it, WiFi was stable and fast. Our breakfast was served at the balcony with nice view! Check-in was easy. During check out our hostess arranged us taxi to the airport. Thanks.
Pros: The host was very very friendly. She contacted us to ask our arrival time and we could even enter the room before noon. She provided us with water, coca cola, sprite, coffee ... and even received a gift when leaving. The room and bathroom were very nice. The view as well. We were lucky because we stayed there the 14th of July and had a great view on the firework! I would highly recommend this place.
Cons: It's a little bit further away from the city center. So if you look for something in the city center this is not the ideal location. Public transport is possible but having a car is more convenient.
Cons: The owner lives in the same apartment. I was not expecting that. It was not written in the outline.
Pros: Hostess was wonderful. Helped us access the tram to center Bordeaux.
Cons: Was difficult to locate the site. Need better explanation of entrance to condo complex and specific building location for English speakers.

Pros: In French we say : "tip-top" Everything was top class !
Pros: Renovated 10 years ago to high standards, this is a top quality place. Lovely owners and you are made to feel at home. Superb room and excellent breakfast, in a quiet suburb of Bordeaux yet close to restaurants and public transport to the city centre.
Pros: The owner, Yolande, was an excellent, no make a spectacular hostess. Each days breakfasts were freshly made / baked by her and delicious. Yolande also made dinner reservations for us each evening at really nice bistros and restaurants and also shared a couple of bottles of her wine with us. Having spent 5 days at her little paradise we feel like we have made a new friend in addition to finding a lovely place to stay.
Cons: Narrow streets.
Pros: The property is conveniently located in a quiet area but very close to a bus route (from Palais de Justice) and within approx 20 minutes walking distance of the Saint Jean train station, The host Yolande is warm, friendly, very hospitable and full of energy - not to mention an excellent cook, the breakfasts were fabulous. The property has a lovely quiet back yard/garden in which the pool is located. The room is beautifully decorated, both the room and the bed within it are of a very good size and the bathroom has a good shower cubicle. There is free Wi-Fi. This is the 1st time I have stayed at La Ferrade Chambres d'Hotes and if I return to Bordeaux I shall stay here again.
Cons: I found the street Rue Berthelot a little tricky to find but then that's probably just me! (I was on foot and had a wheeled suitcase). There are very few places nearby in the evening to have something to eat out. The bathroom itself was of about average size. In the room there is no means to make yourself a hot drink - this can be a bit of a problem if you want a tea or coffee late at night. There isn't a safe or anything in the room to store cash, credit cards, passport etc. I found the check-out (10am) time to be reasonably early. The (outdoor) swimming pool is only available on a seasonal basis. Begles is a fair distance from the airport so allow for extra journey time.
Pros: Yolanda was welcoming and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and all the facilities were excellent. They even had a beautiful pool in a lovely garden. Breakfast was very good homemade yoghurt fruit breads nuts cakes.
Cons: Parking was only on the street wherever there was space
Pros: Host couldn’t do enough to make our stay wonderful. Definitely would use again.
Cons: Not a thing

Pros: Staff were very kind and helpful. Food was excellent, we had dinner and breakfast Close to airport Parking good More like a motel than hotel Excellent wine choice
Cons: Room very basic, no tea or coffe making facilities. Quite small for two people.
Pros: staff were very friendly and the restaurant was excellant
Pros: We only stayed two nights to attend a wedding in town and i can honestly say that i couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Very quiet, tucked away place with excellent service and really good food. Pool was just a bonus. Will definitely recommend Les Bruyeres if you want to relax.
Pros: This is a quiet, peaceful property with beautiful areas to sit outside. Our upper floor room had a nice treed view and was bright and very clean. Both dinner and breakfast were good value and tasty. Staff are very accommodating. We plan to return to this hotel.
Pros: Perfect for the occasion. Simple, but everything you need is there for a good price.
Pros: Perfect location for cycling between Bordeaux and Lacanau Lovely staff, nice food and very clean rooms.
Pros: A good location for flights to and from Bordeaux. And a good hotel in every respect.
Cons: All was good
Pros: Breakfast is till 10 o'clock and can be taken outside in the shade looking on the lawn with the beautiful fir trees. You can have as much as you like from the buffet which has tasty croissants, 4 kinds of jam and lots of other items for just 8€ per client.
Cons: Breakfast till 11 would have been perfect.

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and multilingual staff. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Very nice apartment with easy on and off main highwAy.
Cons: I had to go to the desk to request dish soap and a dish towel. It would have made better sense to have it in the apartment on arrival since there are cooking facilities and cookware.
Pros: Room facilities, very clean and a quiet place to rest. Perfect!
Cons: We preferred one bed instead of two singles, but maybe I didn't book it right
Pros: Apartment style room.
Cons: Explanation of cleaning policy or lack of it. Told air conditioning was on heating as it was winter and could not be changed. This was incorrect and was easily changed. Bathroom extractor not working and nothing done about it after it was reported. Which is why the bathroom grouting is moldy. Classed as long stay for nine nights so room gets cleaned once which was the day after we arrived. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet rolls after four nights. Noisy corridor doors banging. Lift chiming like door bell on every level. Neither condusive to a quiet nights in a hotel.
Pros: Very clean and quiet and very comfortable. The morning breakfast is adequate. There is a Japanese restaurant round the corner which is reasonable and has a good menu and very courteous. I’d stay there again.
Pros: Have stayed here previously en route to and from spain. Very good all around. Not to be mistaken for the poorly reviewed similarly named in the Bordeaux area.
Pros: Nice bed
Cons: The electricity went off at 3 am, no emergency back up, all the rooms were black, corridors black etc, if a fire broke out you could not find your way to an exit. Staff kept saying the whole area was hit, yet when we left the building every other business had electric. Towels were another issue, they had run out of bath towels, so could not replenish our rooms.

Pros: The location is awesome: so close to the tram stop !
Cons: The price is too high for that kind of property
Pros: The property was clean with many things such as restaurant
Cons: Staff weren’t that helpful They seemed like I was bothering them
Pros: The hotels location was perfectly placed in proximity to the airport. Staff were great. Very professional approach to their work. We had great service in the restaurant and the food was great too. Prices were reasonable. Our second (and not last) stopover!
Cons: happy with everything!
Pros: Lovely staff. Restaurant was surprisingly good.
Cons: Wouldn't call it a 4*. Colour temperature of lighting unpleasant throughout hotel.
Pros: Nicely equipped and comfortable room. Surprisingly good dinner.
Cons: 3 outlets in room didn't work and a/c filter was completely blocked with dust and debris. Obviously not well maintained.
Pros: Very basic hotel. Clean , friendly staff
Pros: Rooms were clean and good Wi-Fi.
Cons: My husband ordered a shuttle from the airport back to the hotel after dropping off the rental car. We had ordered it at the front desk. It never arrived and he had to hire a taxi. When we complained to the front desk, they did not do anything to compensate us for the 15 euro expense - not even a glass of wine!

Pros: Clean and functional
Cons: The stained carpet in room and plastic cups for coffee maker and poor bedding. Restaurant food was disappointing.
Pros: Problem with music from next room Phoned reception sorted out immediately-very impressed
Cons: The restaurant was fully booked so we had to go elswhere
Pros: Exactly what we needed - a room for the night before a very early flight. Rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable and very good value for money.
Pros: The rooms were quiet. they were of good size and proportion. Alas the over head shower did not work only the small attachment.
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Clean and quite. Free parking. Restaurant on-site. Close to the airport. Good value for the money.
Cons: Strange smell in the room. I had to open a window when I entered.
Cons: Some of the cutlery was’t clean
Pros: Comfortable rooms.
Cons: The confusion between different buffet prices. It should be one price to access all buffets. Instead, there was a price for 2 and a price for one. And they were all at the same room. Communication was a challenge but we managed to survive.
Pros: Good selection of the breakfast items. No issues
Cons: Road construction in front of the hotel limited to one-way street. Hopefully this will finish soon.
Located in Merignac, Nemea Appart Hotel Résidence le Stadium is within a 15-minute drive of Musee des Beaux-Arts and Aquitaine Museum. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Neat and simple. Good Gym and Pool.
Cons: The doors are too heavy and need to be slammed to be closed. Which causes noise. Lacking little attentions such as instant coffee / tea in the room ; extra towels.
Pros: Very convenient in terms of distance from the airport and the airport long stay car parks. Great value for money. Very clean, well equipped. Helpful staff.
Cons: Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but apart from this we couldn’t fault the place.
Pros: The hotel is just 6 min by car from airport and aroung 30 min from the centre of Borgeaux. very close to bus stop. Nice place!

Perfect for business travelers, thanks to its 12 conference rooms with Wi-Fi access and audiovisual equipment, this hotel also promises beautiful moments of relaxation at its terraced restaurant and bar. A free shuttle service connecting the hotel and the airport is available.
Pros: I really valued my stay here. Spotless, calm, quiet, welcoming, professional. The room had been recently refurbished and was extremely comfortable. The room was well equipped and spotless, thank you for a lovely stay. It made me decide to eat lunch here given my flight is a late one I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Plastic and paper cups, China/glass is better.
Pros: Location. Cocktails lounge
Cons: Bed and pillow covers. NO shampoo etc. No 4:00 shuttle to airport as I expected!
Pros: Excellent breakfast a lot of choice
Cons: Too hot
Cons: Should have shampoo and body lotion in rooms
Pros: Near airport - I flew in and walked to hotel (10 mins once i found my way through construction outside the terminal). Room comfortable, clean. Breakfast good. Quick check out.
Cons: If there is a free shuttle from the airport, not sure where it leaves from. Check in took a while - late evening desk unmanned, someone sitting in a back office who came out after a while but could have been a lot more attentive. Functional, not special but nothing specific to criticise. Not as impressive as the pictures - more spent on the lobby than the rooms like many hotels
Pros: Location and diner excellent
Cons: No Transport to airport for first flight.
Pros: Stayed because it was close to the airport. It was perfect for this.
Cons: The weather was unusually warm for October and the AC had been turned off as heating was expected. That made the room a little warm but couldn’t leave the window open due to the proximity of the airport.
8.1 Excellent (4,049 reviews)

Pros: Location was perfect for a pre airport departure the following morning. Clean, functional, value for money experience.
Cons: No Complaints.
Pros: Only the location. Worst hotel in recent memory. Room Spartan .... more like a jail cell. Room not clean and shower plugged. Basically an empty room with a chair and bed
Cons: Location( but difficult to find) .... take Rocade exit 12a
Cons: At the reception I was told that breakfast is at 6 o'clock. Me and receptionist forgot next day was 1st November and at 6:45 everything was closed (most probably it was open at 7:00 am (like week end). Than I had to leave even with paid breakfast :(.
Pros: Friendly staff Comfortable, quiet room, nice bar. Good place all in all
Cons: Not a lot to complain about.. Only issue is that I can never get the free wifi to work. No biggy as I've got unlimited data on my mobile plan Only 1 pillow per person.

Pros: I loved the suite room which i shared with my sons. It was spacious and very clean with a table and small fridge. It had a huge wetroom shower which the boys liked very much. The breakfast was very good a large choice of hot and cold sweet and savoury
Cons: The stairwell up to the main hotel was not airconditioned. Nowhere to sit outside
Pros: Close to the highway and helpful staff.
Cons: We have stayed at this hotel several times while en route to Spain, and are usually very satisfied. However this time we found the quality disappointing. The room (twin) was not well maintained and the dinner and breakfast provided were not up to standard.
Pros: Good location for access to Bordeaux Large secure car park
Cons: Room tired and damaged Reception staff gave the same room key as ours to a second family - dangerous.
Pros: Situation, lit king size, calme
Cons: Tried to charge a glass of wine we didn't have location is not convenient
Pros: Excellent aparthotel. Large rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay and good and clean with secure parking. We used this hotel as a stopover on our way to Spain and it was conveniently located near the motorway. Lovely view of the river and shops located a short drive away.

Cons: The parking facilities are too limited and the breakfast is to expensive for what is on offer and its quality. The suuroundings of the hotel are unpleasant.
Cons: Location next to big street in weird neighborhood. No air circulation in room, but windo faced big busy street. Public transport connecting to city center not very close.
Cons: - rude staff - woken up twice in the night by a fire alarm, guests gathered outside and nobody from the hotel came to explain what had happened - bar and restaurant were closed - prepaid for the breakfast but nobody monitoring it so anyone could take what they liked. Empty trays by 9:00 and the food wasn't replaced
Pros: Noise insulation very good from quadruple glazing - so no sound of traffic from nearby busy road.
Cons: No evening meal option and very limited options to eat out nearby, Problems with buses not running as scheduled to central Bordeaux
Pros: Close to major Highways but still a quiet place
Cons: Location is not perfect. There's no distinction on individual guests and groups, due to that we lost the ability to have a proper breakfast.
With a stay at B&B Hôtel BORDEAUX Centre Bègles in Begles, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Place de la Victoire and St. Michael Basilica. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a vending machine. Limited parking is available onsite.
Pros: Close to tram line. Easy access in and out of the city.
Cons: It was average.
Pros: Polite staff, clean and comfortable hotel, close to the tram.
Cons: Breakfast should really be included in the price.
Pros: There’s a tram stop RIGHT in front of the building, so that made getting around easier. The bed was very comfortable to me, but I like a very firm mattress. It was actually so cozy that I spent more time in my room than I really wanted to. The room is small - it’s just the bed and one chair and a small desk. The closet is tiny. But it was clean and it smelled nice and everything in the bathroom worked great. I’d definitely stay there again.
Cons: It was a little far away from everything, but for me that was also a plus, because I had a car and it made getting in and out of the building easier.
Pros: The bed was comfy
Cons: We got confirmation for a double room as requested but had a twin. We were much further away from the train station than we were led to believe.
Pros: Tram station next door, as well as a supermarket. 15min walking distance from the train station. Nice staff and very flexible. Clean. Great if you just need a place to sleep
Cons: In a new neighborhood that's a bit dodgy at night. No fridge. Thin walls...
Pros: Great location close to the city centre being a few minutes via tram and the stop is right on the door step. A choice of restaurants within a minute walk and a large supermarket and cafe's also.
