6.8 Good
Pros: Bed was comfy, room was clean
Cons: The pool was very dirty. One reason I booked this hotel because in the picture the pool looked better than the other hotels I was looking at. When I took my 5 year old and two year old to the pool we found bandages in the bottom of the pool lots of hair as well as other garbage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness.
Cons: Wish there had been more than 1 pool.
7.5 Good
Pros: location was good. breakfast was good. most of the staff was good.
Cons: when complaining about the noise, running, racing thru hallways, slamming doors, banging on your room door. by all these misbehaving kids with parents that had there drinking parties in dining area nothing was done. after 3 nights we were finally able to catch up with the security person, staff personnel did not want to tell him why we were so upset, but we did. Add to this these kids were also playing in parking area with bats and balls, crazy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newly rebuilt.... nice rooms and bathrooms and breakfast in the mornings! Manager and staff very nice and helpful! Nicer than a 2.5 star rating!
Cons: Hot hallways
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff at the front desk very welcoming when we checked in.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast was just ok!
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The elevator alarm went off all night the last night of my stay. I called the front desk but there was nothing that could be done. Needless to say that was a sleepless night. When I reported the issue at checkout, they shrugged it off like it wasn’t an issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superbly designed hotel that was extremely welcoming, crisply comfortable, and wonderfully clean
6.5 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Room had mini-fridge for road trip food.
Cons: Lobby was piled high with trash and pizza containers. Breakfast was abominable. Only 3 hard and old oranges - no other fruit. Virtually if not completely out of breakfast items, like regular milk.
6.3 Good
Cons: The night manager was a complete tool. Our kids were sleeping and my husband and I were quietly sitting outside relaxing just by ourselves. They insisted we leave the common area both nights at 11 like we were rowdy children. I get it if your being loud and keeping guests awake but we were not. He was on huge power trip. I feel bad for his employees. He was demanding. they police the guests. Almost everyone there was on there for tournaments. Both this property and Hilton next store. My son has been playing travel sports for 7 years averaging 4-8 per year with hotel stays. This was by far worst for accommodating tournament families. I highly discourage any groups from renting at this hotel. We actually were not staying with our team this particular time and were still treated horribly. When this particular manager wasn’t working hotel was good. He was all over everyone for very trivial things. Some people should not be in a position to manage. I have no doubt he hurts the hotels business. Sadly, he thinks he is employee of the year.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy check in and out. Though l arrived very late the staff was friendly both during check in and out

Cons: It is pretty disgusting to keep the ice bucket and coffee maker in the bathroom. I understand space concerns, but since this room had a "kitchen" area, it seemed especially unnecessary.

Pros: After moving twice to a different room, my stay begin to be relaying. When I check in the room was very cold, after an hour I was move to another room with the same out come. I wasn't able to relax until 3 hours later into a warm room. After that time I didn't want to enjoy New Year Celebration until after 8pm. Ms. Yolanda front desk staff made shore that 3rd room was up-to standard, but like I said, I didn't enjoy my reason for the visit until very late.
Cons: Checking to a cold room and told it will warm shortly and didn't happen, Move to the second room with same outcome after 3 hours with assistance of Ms. Yolanda who took the time to make shore the was up to standard.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were quite spacious, for the most part very clean. Shower pressure was great!

Pros: Even though breakfast was from 7 to 10, I had to leave the hotel by 6 to go volunteer in the race so grabbing a quick snack on the way out help me throughout the day.

7.5 Good
Pros: Beds were awesome and almost all staff was very friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was a disaster. They ran out of hot food almost daily and them did not fully replenish even though people were waiting for food. We were promised multiple times the hot food would be refreshed but it took forever and not all of the options were refreshed. The Kitchen staff person made mention that they didn't realize that the food was out as they had not checked on it in over an hour etc. When your hotel is almost booked, you may want to have someone checking on this more regular and then being ready to re-fill. It was also very frustrating that once the food was re-filled (technically after breakfast time should have ended) that about 5 people went through and then they started breaking everything down even though we arrived 30 mins before the end time and the only reason we were eating late was due to their lack of stocking the food. People should have been able to go back for seconds etc if they wanted to. It seemed that the kitchen staff was more interested in being on her phone and making sure her apron was cute instead of service her customers.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The booking price was 179. They charged me 229

Pros: The room was close to the Aberdeen Proving Grounds where we were attending an event the next morning. The staff were able to accommodate a late checkout so we had time to get ready.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and accommodated my request for a larger bed when we checked in, the room was spacious with a separate bedroom from the living/kitchen area, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and our room was spotless!
Cons: nothing!
7.5 Good
Pros: I liked the location and comfortable feel it has. Like having a small snack area to get what you need. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Friendly staff that worked to fix our issues the best they could.
Cons: I needed a large suite for my bridal party and girls to get ready in. I listed this under the notes section when I booked the room. The bed did not seem very big and one of my daughters had slept on the floor. They did bring a blow up mattress in the room which we did use but then it left no room to walk around when getting ready for the wedding. That was the whole point a renting a room because we needed a place to all get ready. It made it very difficult. I also didn't like being charged more than my confirmation said I was being charged. i had to discuss it with the lady at the desk and she had to adjust it. If you can't honor what booking. com offers you should not be part of there offerings. She did fix it but I should not have had to go through all that hassle.
7.5 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfy
Cons: I asked for extra soap the front desk didn’t have any
6.8 Good
Pros: Bed was good
Cons: No continental breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was so friendly and very helpful if we had questions. We enjoyed the USA Today papers while starting the day with coffee.
Cons: We felt the bathtub should have a mat to stand on for a shower, but we put a hand towel in the bottom of the tub to prevent falling. Our only concern.
4.3 Okay
Pros: What breakfeast??
Cons: The place is not clean seems old and dingy
5.5 Okay
Cons: There was a HUGE spotlight right outside the window to the bedroom. There were NO room darking shades - just sheer. Like trying to sleep with a spotlight lighting the entire room all night. NOT.
7.0 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfortable. The location was very easy to get to from I95 and reasonably close to my destination the next day. There were 3 restaurants in a strip mall next door, and more nearby. Having a full size refrigerator was very helpful.
Cons: I reserved a non-smoking room, but when we checked in, only a smoking room was available. The smell wasn't too bad because we could open a window and it wasn't too cold outside. My eyes did get irritated. The mgr gave us some free snacks..helped a bit.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: There was no breakfast
Cons: Automated coffee machine in the lobby needs to be cleaned - There was a film of some sort in the bottom of his cup after drinking and he felt sick to his stomach
