Open for Business. The Four Points by Sheraton Bentonville is only minutes from the headquarters of multinational corporations, including Walmart, J.B. Hunt Transport Inc; and Tyson Foods Inc. Our hotel is also close to many museums and other cultural attractions, as well as golf courses and the great outdoors. Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) is 10 miles away. The Place to Be. Hotel was very nice and clean. Good size rooms with fridge. Has a restaurant and bar attached. Parking was not well lit in areas and difficult to get to front door with luggage Elevators were very slow.

BIG beautiful spacious lobby - very impressive. Super comfy bed/mattress and linens. Everything was Clean! Manager allowed us an extra hour for check-out. Nothing

Bed and pillows were super soft. There was used a huge wad of toilet paper in toilet with the lid down. The air conditioner was VERY VERY LOUD!

The bed was fantastic. The A/C is on the old two pipe system and we had trouble regulating the temperature in the room. Also, no coffee readily available to the guests is a weakness. The in-room coffee is less than desirable.

Thebstaff was really nice They were having problems with the AC pump our room was hot hot hot so we called about 11pm to the desk and moved us to another room. That room also had no AC called the desk said it was a wide spread problem. We got free breakfast but roasted all night

The rooms are clean makes you feel pleasant when you get in. There is no fridge/microwave in the room and it is not even present anywhere in the whole floor. I wanted to heat some food and I was asked to send it to the kitchen on the first floor. Not something you expect when you pay this price.

clean and up to date. Very friendly staff. Good location. Lukewarm water in shower. Not even hot enough to fog up the mirrors. (Complained, but was not improved) Very poor water pressure. Very difficult to rinse shampoo out of hair. No closets or places to hang clothes.

The hotel was very modern. The bed, down pillows, and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was nice. The location is within easy access to restaurants and shops. Loved that this was a smoke-free hotel. The bathroom was all white and very cold and sterile. The smoke detector next to the bed flashed an annoying green light while I was trying to sleep. We were woken up by the alarm next door at 6am. The hot tub was more of a warm tub.

The staff were friendly and accomodating, and compensated me for the inconvenience of lack of room service on the night I stayed. Room service was unavailable on the date that we visited, breakfast was late, the room thermostat was broken, the WIFI was slow, and the phone in our room was broken, and no one was sent to repair it. Thus I was not notified of breakfast being late.

They gave me a good rate for a second room. They tried to help. free internet. quiet. nice bar and lounge area. The pool was freezing,No hot tub.Maid didn't come back to clean our room, all they did to accommodate was send up a few towels, a plastic bag for garbage, and only decaf coffee. ESPN not available to watch the football game at the bar.
