Friendly, helpful staff, pet friendly.

Beds were uncomfortable, couldn't sleep for more than two or three hours at a time and woke up with back pain. Had a leak somewhere, carpet got wet...but we were promptly moved to another room. Booked handicap-access room,seemed pretty with 2 beds.

Shower was broken. Offered me a new room on a 24 degree day. Rooms and style are ancient. Hotel needs a major remodel. Bed was concave, horrible night sleep. Highway noise!

Expensive breakfast for typical breakfast.

Very friendly staff and the room was very spacious and clean.

Charged my credit card for incidentals upon checkin and after 5 days the charge is still showing on my credit card statement...I figure if you can take it in a day you should give it back in a day.

Soft comfy bed, friendly front desk. Convenient. Brand new furnishings.

Lobby under construction. Not a big deal, has to happen sometime but just be aware. Housekeeping was friendly but let themselves into my room 3 hours before checkout because I didn't leave a 'do not disturb' card on the door. Whoops!
