Pros (+) Bed was comfortable
Cons (-) Room was outdated. Could hear everything and everyone around. Paid extra for a room with a jetted tub expecting a large tub in the room only to find out it was just the normal shower/tub combo in the bathroom that had jets.

Pros (+) The location was great for those that want a place closer to downtown and out of the traffic clogged theater district. In fact, it was a two block walk from the shops along main street.
Cons (-) We will never stay there again! How this qualifies as a Best Western Plus is beyond me. The outside entrances to the rooms should have been a clue. This made us feel unsafe and the traffic noise was ridiculously loud. The room was tiny and filled with furniture that was well dated and worn. There was mold in the bathroom. And worst of all was the bed that was sway back. We kept rolling into the mi...
