Janeen, Jan 2018 - Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel
Pros (+) I enjoyed the free breakfast - a big time saver for four travelers. It was a pretty decent location in the French Quarter and we were able to walk just about everywhere we needed to go. The staff was friendly. The rooms were a bit small but comfortable.
Cons (-) The cleaning staff was definitely a miss. They either did not clean when we asked or did a terrible job at doing so - no vaccuming, no cleaning the tub, no dusting -- just making up the bed and emptying the trash pretty much. The elevators are old, small, and the main one was out of comission for a few days.

Anonymous, Oct 2016 - Best Western Plus St. Christopher Hotel
Pros (+) Location was perfect! A short walk to everything, but not so close that there was street noise. I also enjoyed the exposed brick walls, and my corner/wrap-around room was very spacious and full of natural light!! A/C worked great, and the number of towels provided was more than sufficient.
Cons (-) Pillows were flat and needed more stuffing in them. The sheets were a bit rough/scratchy.
