Pros: Amazing hotel - great service, great location, great rooms. Worth the trip to Béziers just to stay here!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Came here last year and it’s just like a dream staying here. The staff are wonderful (Loren I think her name was and I didn’t get the chap’s name), nothing is too much. There is a little mini bar fridge in one of the main areas so you can get a drink during the day but they also have a bar completed stocked with spirits/products that are produced locally. They had a couple of small functions while I was there and even that looked superbly well run. The pool and gardens are well looked after and never full of people. My room had a balcony on which was really great and the air con was a dream in the upcoming heat wave. The breakfast was wonderful; a selection of fruit juices including freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, cereal, yoghurt and plenty of fresh fruit. Everything was fresh or home made. One morning Loren even made some crepes and they just tasted amazing! If I could stay here all the time I would and if you get the opportunity to come please do, you won’t regret it.
Cons: I mentioned last time also, it would be great to have a mini fridge in the rooms to keep water cold but otherwise everything was perfect.

Pros: We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Guy. Staff we very very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the recommendations of places to eat that were close by and that were frequented by locals. The location close to the center is excellent. Breakfasts were large and of high quality. The grounds are superb and so well cared for by the gardener who has given them his tender care for 27 yrs. We enjoyed interacting with him.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Can't give this place anything other than a 5 star rating. A beautiful tranquil spot with great attention to detail. The room was lovely and very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was just divine. Everything homemade by Cedric our host. From yogurt, croissants, bread, jam and amazing Brioche each morning. Cedric really does put his heart and soul into providing a perfect break for his guests. He goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is having a lovely stay. Whilst we didn't have the opportunity to use it, the place has a lovely pool to use also.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice house with nice pool and friendly owners
Cons: Suffered terrible food poisoning for 24 hours after visit. The owner loves his dog too much while preparing food! The place is almost impossible to find without asking.

Pros: we arrived at a hotel, it was so awful we immediately left and booked this on the road, talk about redemption, where do I start, the welcome is so warm, YOU CANNOT BUY THIS, it is with heart and you can tell the guys who own and run this guest house are totally passionate and invested in the whole experience being special. The house is wonderful, the room is large and the shower room just boutique, the attention to detail everywhere in every aspect and luxurious touches are perfection, tasteful and no other word but classy. Both my wife and i had the absolute best nights sleep in ages, the presentation of breakfast was impeccable with home made yoghurt, home made breads jams, just WoW i could not recommend this establishment more, thank you so much for turning a bad day intio an outstanding stay

Pros: Our stay was perfect. Cedric, the host, is an absolutely lovely guy. He made our stay perfect by being accommodating as ever, and our breakfast (our favourite part) was beyond amazing with fresh homemade jam, bread and other baked goods. Our room was beautifully decorated and completely spotless.
Cons: The house is situated in a nice and quiet area, however, there are no supermarkets or restaurants immediately close by. I would definitely recommend you have a car to get around in! The beds were also a bit firm for my liking, but this is a personal preference

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb! Great location walking distance to historic centre and market, delightful hosts, nothing was too much trouble, friendly but professional, lovely breakfast, a beautiful historic building but spacious, modern interior with really comfortable bed and pillows (a rarity!) and beautiful bathroom facilities. Quiet. You can park immediately outside and Monsieur will valet park your car in nearby secure lockup, and bring it round when you require - a real treat when you’re staying in an urban area. Can’t recommend this little hotel highly enough. Also unexpectedly has a lovely swimming pool which would be very welcome in the hotter months though we did not use in March.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located in a peaceful area of Beziers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice modern design in an old refurbished building. The room was large, bright, nicely decorated with modern furniture and very comfortable. The small garden with the pool is a nice retreat after a day with sightseeing. Pooltowels for free. Nice to have breakfast outdoors on the patio.

Pros: The hosts were so friendly and helpful - a pleasure to meet them. The hotel is beautiful - everything is very thoughtfully done - all the small details, everything thought of t make the room comfortable. The water bottles and coffee machine, the little cakes...just lovely. The owners also made a dinner reservation for us, treated us to an aperitif when we arrived at the (very nice) restaurant. And breakfast was delicious!

Pros: Great modern designer hotel. Owners know what they are doing. Amazing very friendly staff, comfortable bed, very clean, good wi fi connection. Great room design and furniture.
Cons: Farther from Beziers center than expected. Over 1 km walk. Very small inconvenient garage. I scratched my car a few times when trying to park inside. Breakfast can be improved with more hot dishes (e.g. sausages, omelette), better variety of cold cuts. No restaurant or full kitchen services to get a late or night dinner. Pros: lovely room, large bathroom with great shower. Host very helpful and breakfast excellent.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location in the centre of the old town, very hospitable owner and very nice breakfast. I would highly recommend this chambre d'hote
Cons: A little bit more storage space in the rooms would be helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This property is incredibly central in the beautiful old town in Beziers. The property is elegant and beautifully decorated and furnished in a traditionally French manner. The owners Rosa and Yves are delightful and couldn’t be more helpful. Guests should be aware however that there is no parking at the property which is slightly tricky to find in the tiny streets but Yves helped us to find a free car parking space close by. This aspect is insignificant in our view given the many delights of this property and its hosts.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great for access to the town on foot. It was quite tricky to find and you need to be lucky with parking all of which is a walk away. Owner very helpful and courteous.

Pros: Excellent location, good breakfast, comfortable and very clean. Charming and helpful hosts and we really appreciated Rosa's offer of a lift back to Béziers station in the blazing afternoon heat. Villa Rosa is an oasis of calm and shade, just minutes from the cathedral and the Hotel de Ville. Our room was comfortable and spacious, large (separate) shower room and great towels. The whole house is beautifully appointed and furnished and we enjoyed sitting in the shady patio after sightseeing. We chose the Villa Rosa from previous reviews and the website photos and were not disappointed, it was even better than anticipated! Merci & Gracias. We will definitely return and recommend.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was exactly what we neeed after a very long drive. We only stayed overnight , but the property had everything we needed including lovely little extras - our girls loved the brioche , water & coke. The WIFI was great & is a must for kids! Supermarkets are just a short drive away. Thank you. Xx
Cons: I’d have preferred curtains/blinds at the windows & front door as the kids woke at sunrise.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: We stayed 6 nights, with two kids of 10 years old. Very nice welcome, Madame Marie Delaporte was eager to meet our needs ( she helped us to wash kids' clothes in her personal washing machine) and gave us interesting suggestions about the local attractions. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The well-functional AC made the nights supportable. The bathroom was huge, clean and very well-equipped. The location was perfect for reaching in maximum 1h (by car) a lot of interesting touristic destinations in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. We had a huge Auchan nearby to buy our supplies. Overall, a very good value for money.
Cons: Definitely, the lack of a kitchen. The property has only a small corner with a microwave, a small coffee-machine and a fridge ... there is no table and chairs to get a family breakfast. There is a small garden near the house but it was impossible to eat or stay there because of the mosquitoes. However, we managed to organize an eating place in one of the rooms. I do not recommend a longer stay at this property if you have small kids and you're not able to organize long day-trips in the region. For us, it was perfect, as we left early in the morning and returned later in the afternoon but some interested to spend more time at the property would be disappointed.

Pros: Very nicely decorated house in a residential quite area. Bed is comfortable, 5 minutes by car from the city center and not far walking from a big supermarket. the madame was very nice with us, even if our French is very poor, although she speaks enough English to understand our needs.
Cons: basically no kitchen, only a coffee machine, microwave and a little fridge, but we didn't need anything else.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely peaceful bnb, close and convenient to the town. Swimming pool looked great, unfortunately it was too cold to use. Very useful kitchenette available for guests' use, with sink, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, cups, glasses etc. Breakfast was plentiful, with lovely fruit, home-made jam, baked cookies etc. Comfy beds. everywhere beautifully clean.
Cons: Our family room on 2 levels, though spacious and comfortable, and probably perfect for fit adults and older kids, wasn't totally suitable for our party including my 92 yr old mum, as in order to be close to the bathroom, she had to have the upstairs bedroom and there is no bannister and handrail. The description in the webpage should make this clear, as is also not safe for small children. The shower is hand-held only, so you can't stay under it while you open shampoo and wash yourself etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely garden with pool to relax in, room was clean and comfy bed
Cons: Room was a bit small but totally adequate for a 1 night stop

Breakfast absolutely delicious.I loved the fresh fruit platter whilst my daughter of course loved the homemade brownies cake and fresh croissants!. lovely setting for breakfast over looking the garden and pool. Fantastic hosts.Very welcoming and helpful.Thank you very much for the lift to the train station. I would highly recommend the little train city tour and trip to the locks at the canal..Fantastic views.Bus to valras beach was only 1 Euro!..it took around 30-40minutes (bus station 5 min from b and b)was a nice tour through some little towns. A busy beach holiday vibe down there. Water was so good to swim in though....lots of little shops and restaurants. Restaurant by the cathedral absolutely fab .Tapas night in city ,wine good value ,tapas quite expensive though especially if you have a fussy teenager!

Pros: It’s very rustic and has lots of character and interesting quirky decoration. There is a clear artistic flair to the character of the property which adds a wonderful feeling of intrigue and is very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was great and homemade preserves were delicious. There were sweet little dogs that the kids loved and the goats , chickens, sheep, pig, ducks and peacocks were a lovely addition to our stay. The view of the city and Bézier’s Cathedral is a amazing- it’s very rural yet very close to the centre 10’mins maximum. The room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids and the air conditioning was great. The furniture was comfortable and the linen and towels were all very clean as expected. 9.2 Excellent
Pros: My room in this small guesthouse was quite large, as was the private bath. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is very quiet and peaceful; and the hostess quite nice. It feels like being at home!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owner Corrine was happy to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. For example came to our rescue when our flight was cancelled sending Andre, out to Beziers airport to bring us back for an extra nights stay. There were some quirky, typically French decorative ideas in both the large bedroom and equally large bathroom.
Cons: The property is situated in the old part of the town so do not let the first impressions of the area distract from the overall high quality of this homely guest house. If you are not happy to park a car in the narrow streets then a secure pay car park is available within 200 metres
7.1 Good
Pros: Comfortable adm clean, warm welcome
Cons: Far from town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Corinne was very helpful, a superb host! Breakfast was excellent!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Corinne provided a great and large bedroom and bathroom for the stay, the house was very cosy and Corinne was a perfect host.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The host was great. She let us check in early, gave directions on how to get from the airport to the accommodation and was on hand for anything we needed while we stayed there.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Large room and bathroom. Nice, quirky colourful decoration, Corinne was helpful.
Cons: A bit difficult to find, not in the best area of town. Coffee at breakfast was very strong and there was no milk.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The host was very welcoming and the room large and newly refurbished, very pretty. Our breakfast, served in our room, set us up for the morning. It is centrally placed so easy to walk to all areas.
Cons: Parking was difficult, we eventually found a space on the road. We later met two traffic wardens and checked we were ok parked , told no as we were facing the opposite direction! Quickly turned the car around. There was an underground car park near but the near entrance was closed with no directions to find another. The area felt quite run down (the 'view' from our window had next doors little back yard wound in rusty barb wire) but that is the town not the property.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our second stay and we were very happy there again. This time we had the top floor room which was also lovely - spacious with a great bathroom. We like its location near to the old town with access to the cathedral area and some nice restaurants. Perfect for our early get away the next morning for the 8:30am train. We walked to the train station - 10 mins. Corinne again was great - god communication. We had cold water and lovely fresh melon on arrival - thank you. (And we had had fresh juice and cold water on our last visit too). We would happily come back to Corinne’s house.

Pros: breakfast was good and nice to have an egg. It was over 40 degrees air con was great . We could not do exploring as planned too hot so we went home a day early. They were more than fair and obliging with the bill . Staff so nice and helpful
Cons: Parking but not their fault .
6.7 Good
Pros: It's location was central to most bars, resturants and close to both the railway and bus stations. Staff in the hotel were pleasant and helpful. The hotel had secure overnight bike storage facilities in the attached garage.
Cons: Certain parts of the hotel looked tired and dated. The toilet in our room was far too small and with the sliding door closed very claustrophobic.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The team at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, ensuring you make the most of your stay in Beziers. The rooms are a good size, are kept very clean and have all you need for your stay. The breakfast is good too, offering local cheeses and hams - which are good to try if you have not done so before. The hotel is in a very central location which makes it great for sightseeing, and as both the rail station and bus station are nearby, can be easily reached on foot. There is also a terrace where you can relax and wind down when in the hotel, which is very welcome.
Cons: As I think another review has mentioned, the location of the toilet does seem a bit unusual! As an additional observation, although not an issue for me, the shower cabinet in the room I used was quite small so may be awkward for some larger people to manage. The shower however, was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great find close to centre, friendly and helpful staff would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons: Water pressure very poor. Breakfast at €11 pp was poor value for money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location centre town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the old building and the history from WW2.....the German Kommandant had been housed in the hotel! Our room was huge with a shuttered balcony overlooking the avenue. All beautifully clean. There is parking at the rear that can be accessed through a large gate at the front of the hotel. We flew in and just used public transport which was great. The lady at reception was excellent - very welcoming and she readily answered all of my touristy questions.... in English too.. which was very helpful! The location is fabulous.... looking out onto a tree lined avenue which looks like Las Ramblas in Barcelona but without all the crowds, hassle and pickpockets of Barcelona. The avenue is cleaned every morning. There's a newer square just around the corner with a spectacle of music and lit fountains every night at 10pm in summer. The bus station is only a 5 min walk away - we travelled to Valras Plage for 1 euro and to Bezier airport for 1.6 euros each.... amazingly cheap! The bus station is an open drive through station for buses with a police station alongside and is once again spotless! We didn't find a bus office but asked the drivers who were very helpful. The Bezier airport bus stop is slightly set back near a big tree with the yellow timetable up at the stop. The buses operate to directly service the few flights in and out of Bezier. Enjoy your holiday!
Cons: I loved it all!
7.5 Good
Pros: Hotel location was on a big square and an easy walk from the main sights. Air con was much appreciated. We enjoyed breakfast although we hadn't booked it. It was mainly continental but you could make your own boiled eggs and we enjoyed sitting out in the hotel courtyard with our coffee afterwards.
Cons: Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility in the room. Bathroom was fine but separate toilet was in a tiny cupboard...a bit claustrophobic. It was still daylight when we arrived but very dark when we walked into our room...shutters and curtains closed to keep out the heat I guess.

Cons: The bathroom/toilet was dirty and smelled awful.

Pros: I liked the neighborhood: on one side you have the main square, on the other side the arab area in which youcan find good and cheap food. The hotel is ok.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A big old hotel located just below the square with its bars and fountains and a free son et lumiere. Pleasant welcome and helpful lady. Was upgraded to private toilet with large shower room. Big bedroom with a comfortable bed. The bedding was clean as was the room. Towels, toiletries and fan provided. Bèziers is wonderful.
Cons: Unfortunately there were small cockroaches in the bedroom which otherwise was very clean. Bèziers is a hot place and cockroaches aren't welcome but probably not unusual. The bedhead needs changing. Would have told the pleasant and helpful lady but no one was around when I left earlyish to catch my bus.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, really pleasant and clean room, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. If I'll be back Bezier again in the future I would definitely book at Hotel California!! Grazie e tanti saluti a Florence!!

Pros: Great location. Clean room, well presented hotel. Staff is great and very helpful. However no air- con in room which would be hard in really hot day (I was there end of May) the room got a bit stuffy and I opened the windows, and it’s was fine. However my room was on the side street and was quieter. Not sure about the front rooms with balconies as council trucks comes around with cleaning sweeping streets. The TV was of poor picture quality but it works ok... bathroom clean (no mould as I have often seen in hotels)towels, soap, shampoos, toothbrush &toothpadte (no hairdryer, shower cap -bring your own!) haven’t had breakfast there but saw dining and looks very clean, tidy (French breakfast ) and they’re generous with food supply. BE AWARE between 3 (approx) and 5pm you can NOT check in . Check in is at 5. Hotel front door is closed , no one there! So you can not drop off your luggage if needed. Guests already there are given key with code of front door to go in & out. So get there well before 3 to at least, if you want to leave your luggage there or you’ll have to carry it around !(I was told that cleaning of the rooms around 30, is done between 2 & 5pm that’s why you can’t check in . Luckily I only had a pack pack and bag. Overall I would stay there again, the location is so central to everything (I know Béziers really well as I lived there when I was young) . You won’t get better location than this , and the price is very good compare to others around that sometimes are really far! ▪️ On the Allées Paul Riquet (which 1-2 minutes walk across the road, there’s markets every day, food, antiques, etc... except Friday it’s The flowers market. ▪️15 walk (ave Wilson) you have a huge shopping centre Le Polygone. Pros: On arrival was put into a poor room, but moved location on the same floor with two rooms. A wonderful modern room with a wonderful view. Staff were very helpful and were treated to some biscuits for the inconvenience, very thoughtful.
Cons: The wifi was a bit hit and miss. Would have liked one English news channel on the tv.

Pros: The pictures are deceiving. The stairs are ridiculous. The bathrooms setup is idiotic. This place does not deserve even one star. However, staff deserve 10 stars. I would not recommend this place. I know I will never stay here again.
Cons: The stairs are death defying and absolutely ludicrous. The bathrooms are completely imbecilic.
