Breakfast was very good, no waiting. Nice to have a place to eat right there. Room was plain but good enough considering the price.
Dinner. Waited 10 minutes and then had to go to counter for a menu. Finally got to order. Waited 40 minutes to see my dinner. Just a burger. Never returned with fry sauce. I understand, due to only 1 person serving, but kind of ridiculous considering I actually sped things up. Burger was bland, but at least I got to eat.
Big, nice room.
We had to wait for check-in.
Television did not work.
Shower pressure, all first level access, the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Also, the proximity to a very good restaurant and to Capital Reef oark.
My travel companion thought her bed sheets looked slept in. Also the water temperature in the sink was inconsistant.
This was a disappointing stay start to finish.
Online photos very misleading. Room was dark--one dim overhead light. Very few electrical outlets and a small weird TV perched on a shelf so high it was useless. Grey painted paneling on the walls gave it the appearance of a repurposed garage. Furniture a joke: the bed, a sidetable and a black vinyl bench that looked like part of the booth from a restaurant or the back of a van for a couch. Heating/Cooling system actually looked dangerous--several non GFI plugs connected to on outlet. The only light in the place dimmed when AC unit fired up. Shower head was broken and water shot all over the place when in use. Restaurant was so dingy and grim we didn't even try to eat there.
