Pros: The motel was tastefully decorated, was nice and clean, and has a good covered swimming pool with hot tub. Has great view of the mountains from most of the rooms. Wifi and free breakfast were adequate.
Cons: Rooms could be a bit bigger, should've icemakers in each building/level.
Cons: I arrived at a little after 11 pm to find out that the price I had booked the hotel at was not correct. In fact the actual rate was over $50 more. I did not want to pay that I feel like they could have done something to compensate for the mistake that they or there computer had made. By the time I figured this out it was to late to find another room in town and I ended up driving away feeling angry.

Pros: Beautiful scenery! Great resort with lots of sleeping options. The teepees were amazing looking, although we had 4 people so we were in the hotel. Our room was very nice. The fire pits and Adirondack chairs were a great way to spend the evening outdoors.
Pros: Location and updated rooms.
Cons: Rooms are not as luxurious as the great photos on the website.
Pros: Beautiful views
Cons: Motel like feeling.
Pros: I liked that after playing in capital reefs park that it was a short drive to the hotel. Relaxing and quiet.
Cons: I didn't like that the store hardly had anything. I was looking for postcards, but I couldn't find any capital reef postcards or hardly any thing else.
Cons: This is an overpriced facility with basic motel style rooms and no complementary breakfast. It is not a "resort" and the facility looks nothing like the website photos, and the staff lacked basic guest services skills. We will not stay there again.
Cons: No breakfast included and the on-site restaurant offered very little for a high price.
Pros: Friendly staff and on thanksgiving dinner was served Great full dinner. Views from the hotel are spectacular. Snowing outside but comfy cozy in. Lots of hot water. Clean and tidy.
Cons: The restaurant, operated separately from the lodging facilities, was average. The window sills, etc were very dusty and the food was average
Pros: It was in a good location for our Grand Circle Tour of the southwest national parks.
Cons: It was certainly not a "resort." The rooms were comfortable and adequate, but I would not call this place a resort.

Pros: Clean and cozy room! Fresh air and nice view of the Capitol Reef N.P..
Cons: We missed the motel at first becauce the sign was too small and a tree was beside it. Also the building was behind the other motel.
Pros: Staff very nice. Location was excellent.
No pool but they have an agreement with another hotel, so we used theirs.
Cons: No pool, lighting in room was terrible. I like to read, and that was a challenge. The room didn't have a luggage rack. The room needed a key----didn't have card available. I was unable to make the key work at all. My husband needed to jiggle it to make it even work.,
Pros: Good facilities for my dog
Cons: Linens could be renewed
Pros: After a day of traveling nice to have a nice clean room comfortable beds and from the service
Cons: That there was no swimming pool it had not been completed yet
