Position to shopping and clubs and the reasonable price.. No complaints

It provided me with an overnight stop before boarding a flight from goldcoast airport. the booking process was easy and efficient and late check-in no problem. Whilst the location was good for the airport the noise from the main road the motel is located on made it near impossible to sleep.

Only needed for a 1 night stop over prior to flying out of Gold Coast Airport - clean & close to A/P. This is opposite the Tweed River so very picturesque location - decore was simple but tasteful, staff very friendly. Was 'basic' but quite adequate for our requirement.

I wouldnt stay here. I have never written a bad review about accommodation but i was disgusted at the way we were treated by the owners of this motel. I hadn't realised that we had to check in by 8.30pm ( apparently this is in the 'small print') so i was shocked when we were approximately 30minutes away in surfers( at approximately 7.20pm QLD time) to get an angry call on my mobile asking where we were. I was told that we had better ' not be mucking about in surfers paradise' and to get there within 30 minutes. We had trouble finding the motel and had to stop for directions. I got a second call saying that we had 5 minutes to get there or we would have no room - and no refund would be avaible. We made it - but this was very unpleasant.
