Pros: The rooms and facilities were great. The staff was professional and helpful.
Cons: I've had better breakfasts at economy hotels. The food quality was very disappointing and not up to the standards I expected (given the cost and quality of the facility).
Pros: The hotel was quiet, room is big enough and breakfast is actually very good.
Cons: None, it was the perfect stay!
Hyatt House Burlington is conveniently located in the heart of the 128 high technology belt, and only 20 minutes from downtown Boston. Spacious One Bedroom or Two Bedroom/Two Bath suites are ideal for the business traveler. Complimentary daily full breakfast buffet and free WIFI are just a few of the value added amenities.
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room was big and well kept.
Cons: The property is in need of some TLC or attention. I have stayed with Sonesta before but would not stay again if this was first experience with them. Bathroom had hair on the edge of tub and in the corner of bathroom - not reassuring that room was clean. The door to the bathroom didn't close all the way because the door frame was warped. Some very strong fragrance - perhaps room deodorized was so overbearing you could taste it. Dirty knives in the silverware drawer. Front desk didn't ask how the stay was or I might have shared this with them. Very disappointing stay
Pros: Room was clean and well maintained. Some breakfast items were above expectations while others were below expectations (is it possible to water down scrambled eggs...seemed like it).
Cons: Too few staff speak or understand english. Advertised items (grab and go breakfast) did not exist, and given a run -around when I asked about it (last person in the chain said "no!"). Overflowing trash can in front of the hotel is an eyesore and sanitary issue.
Pros: Danielle and Heather at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Overall the staff seemed very nice. I would go back.
Pros: The staff was amazingly friendly--from the front desk to the breakfast crew to the room maintenance staff.
Also, the location gave great access to major highways as well as Middlesex Turnpike (to get to the Alewife T station).
Cons: It would be nice if they could refinish the metal in the elevator cabs. The rest of the interior decorations were fun and creative, but then you get into elevators that look abused and it took away from the overall effect.
Situated in the entertainment district, this aparthotel is 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from Burlington Mall and within 9 mi (15 km) of Woburn Mall and Louisa May Alcott's Orchard House. Bentley College and Walden Pond are also within 12 mi (20 km).
Cons: Too noisy during the day due to current renovation. Had to change room, but still noisy.
Pros: Everything was awesome
Pros: Comfortable and quiet
Pros: Location is nice. Right off the highway and close to upscale mall.
Cons: Need more selections in the longe. Didn't seem to care about upgrading elites.
Pros: Liked the room. Breakfast was very nice. Staff very friendly & accomodating. Convenient to hospital and loved the shuttle.
Cons: Asked for a robe & extra blankets as my husband had surgery the day before & was cold. Staff brought them, but they were both so raggedy & torn that I almost hated using them. Seriously they need to be brought to the local shelter for dogs. Time to replace or don't offer them.
Pros: Everyone I encountered was helpful. After only 2 days staff were saying hello. Having a Starbucks set up in the morning was particularly nice. Dining in the restaurant was fantastic. Food very good.
Cons: The facility is over priced for the suburbs. The rooms Do not justify the price.
Pros: Very nice lobby / restaurant area. Extremely comfortable beds.
Cons: Inconvenient facilities and amenities in the room. Room had "budget"-grade fixtures and amenities (bathroom / furniture in room). Not pleased with that after paying for a premium hotel.
Pros: The cleanliness of the room was amazing. The decor was great. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
Pros: I loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. It was so nice and relaxing. I particularly liked that it all stayed open until 11pm, because at so many hotels the hours are hard to use. 6am-11pm gave us plenty of time to take full advantage of the relaxing. The beds were very comfy. The services was nice. We had room service breakfast and the man who brought it was very nice and polite. The front desk helped us a lot by allowing us an extending check out due to a wedding we had to prep for. The fire place and wall of water in the lobby were beautiful. It is a great location. Peacefully situated but also close to a huge mall so you can get all sorts of food and anything you needed.
Cons: The restaurant and room service in the hotel were very expensive. Luckily there is a mall down the street with much more affordable options. We went the the rain forest cafe and had fun. Other than that I really loved everything. It was a great day and just what we needed.

Cons: Needs a snack bar in addition to main restaurant . Something for quick bagel, muffin, donut in morning
Pros: Really good service. I will stay again.

Pros: It is a very functional hotel. It was easy to find and access via a good highway.
Cons: I have no issues at this price point.
Pros: More like a motel when I wanted some more creamers for the coffee they claim they didn't have any and then I saw them put more out I don't drink milk so spending almost $---on a hotel and asking for Kramer seemed really off of the location is not good I
Cons: Suggest feel up to hotel the manager was very nice but again the location is awful and it does not stand up to the standards of the store a little
Pros: Clean exercise room
Pros: Clean room, no residue odor of smoking, everything working. The front desk crew were cheerful and helpful.
Cons: The included 'breakfast' was unappetizing, disappointing.
Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable room.
Pros: Staff and breakfast!
Cons: Dated but well refurbished Quite a ways out from Boston, but not a terribly bad drive in to town.
Pros: The good ratings are accurate! This lodging is in a quiet location outside the hubub of the area. All was very clean, in order, pleasant staff, efficient in all ways. A very good place to stay.
Pros: The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was exceptionally friendly and informative. The showers were the greatest! I'd chose them again!
Pros: location and room facilities, and the continental breakfast is excellent
Pros: Great staff and location. WiFi speed was great.
Cons: The rooms were a little small but nothing that made a big difference.
Pros: Newly refurnished and refurbished. Older building with thick walls and double-paned windows, so didn't hear neighbors or traffic. Large lawn to walk dog. Patio/balcony for all rooms. Highest quality 'free' breakfast I've seen, with lots of hot foods.
Cons: Motel-style building with some rooms having parking almost right up to the door. But, the windows are double-paned, and this wasn't as noisy as one might expect.

Pros: Nice breakfast, but heavy on the sugar and carbs. Has workout center and small pool.
Cons: Billed themselves as providing free airport shuttle & there was none. Suggested I call a cab ($100 ride) instead. Did not provide cleaning service because it was a holiday weekend. Staff utterly unapologetic. did not provide evening happy hours on holidays, either. The most eye-rolling I've ever seen in a hotel staff. They were full of themselves.

Pros: This is one of the best places we have stayed. Newly renovated, exceptionally clean and the best staff in town ! Also appreciate that pets are kept in only certain rooms so that those of us who are allergic can be sure of a pet free environment.
Pros: Peace, tranquility, breakfast and social evenings. Also, the rooms and their kitchens. The staff are the kindest ever
Cons: Everything was good. No complaints
Cons: Had a couple in room below us screaming at each other at 2am. I called front desk and they put an end to the noise.
Pros: Convenient location right off 495 centrally located for easy access to Lowell, Lawrence, Manchester, Nashua, Worcester and Boston. Not much else to like. Free internet was okay
Cons: Hotel is just beginning to undergo a badly needed renovation. Rooms were old and tired. The couch in the living area was an embarrassment. The Marriott name on this establishment is an embarrassment.
Pros: Loved the s sweet staff! Highly recommend!!
Cons: Everything was awesome
Pros: Almost Everything was almost perfect.
Cons: They charged my creditcard for incidentals without telling me about it. I do not know if I will need to get involved. This is a relatively small concern but it would be nice to let me know before hand.
Pros: was very comfortable
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; they really tried to put what matters most to me, first.
Cons: Parking was challenging in some spots because the lines are not at all straight. The roadway (within the hotel grounds) needs to be repaved also.
Pros: Very nice room. Very clean and in a good, quiet location.Staff is very helpful and friendly. Wonderful buffet breakfast.
Cons: The TV in the bedroom did not work.
The location is convenient to the greater Boston area yet just far enough from the urban congestion.
Pros: The room size and amenities are excellent.

Pros: This hotel is so well maintained and spotlessly clean. Even though it's not a 5 star hotel it's large enough that it's well staffed all the time. Even when we had our "do not disturb" sign out in the morning our room was quickly cleaned when we were out in the afternoon. We were in town to visit our son and hotel staff were very helpful in accommodating our 2 young (age 3 & 6) granddaughters when they came to stay with us a couple of nights. Also the hotel was full of HS Soccer teams in town for a tourney and the hotel strictly enforced "quiet hours". I was very pleased with that! Also loved that the coffee maker is a Keurig. They don't furnish many pods and they were not my favorite brand, but there's a grocery very close to the hotel so we bought a box of our favorite brand and also a small carton of half and half and kept it in the fridge. We really liked having a fridge and a microwave in the room. We have special diet needs so we actually made our own breakfast in the room. Was fun to make popcorn for the kiddos and watch a movie with them before bedtime too! The hotel is so close to shopping! Burlington Mall is very nice.
Cons: The indoor pool is large which is good but the maintenance staff does not understand that it's an INDOOR pool! When maintaining an outdoor pool the wind and sun deplete chemicals, therefore a lesser quantity of chemicals are needed indoors. Some people may believe that more chemicals = safer sanitation, but that's not true. I've been responsible for maintaining a pool and too much is just too much. Even with an outdoor pool if there is too much chlorine in the water you use large fans to lower the concentration (yes- wind, even from fans, removes chemicals from the water). The water was cloudy (it should be clear if chemicals are used appropriately) and also foamy which means too much fungi control chemical was used, which is very unfealthy. I bought goggles to protect my granddaughter's eyes, but they still had an itchy rash from the water, probably from the fungicide which not really needed very often indoors since direct sun is what causes fungi in a pool. An over chlorinated pool is not dangerous to your health, just unpleasant, but when the water is foamy and cloudy, that's very bad. I really wanted to prop all the doors open and set up some fans!
Cons: Our room at this property had a serious ventilation problem which they acknowledged but made no effort to mitigate. The heavy odor of cooking bacon woke us each morning at 5am and did not immediately dissipate rather lingered in the room and hallways.
The odor was strong and very offensive.
Pros: I like the atmosphere and everyone was very nice and it was quite too.
Cons: I didn't like how small the bathroom was..I felt closed in, also didn't like that my room was next to an elevator.
Pros: The shuttle drivers were extraordinarily friendly! Alfred mentioned that we were near Lexington and took me to all of the sights. He and the other drivers definitely helped to make my weekend stay awesome! The room itself was wonderful and very comforting to come home to each night! 5/5 would recommend.

Cons: Accomadations came as a couple was given room with two twin beds said third party booking so they couldnt fo anything ?? there was no more king rooms Or queen beds im guessing
Pros: the staff were both kind and helpful
Pros: The bar area, food was good, drinks we're good. The contemporary look was nice, overall great experience.
Cons: The pool area was very small and extremely hot.
Pros: It was very different from the standard hotel looks, in that they are very colorful and the organization of the space and room is very unique. Definitely nice to see a hotel that is not the standard fare, especially outside of a major city. The king sized bed was pillow top and felt amazing. They had so many pillows on the bed that we had to move some off to a lounge chair. They gave out (free) bags of ice downstairs in the snack bar area instead of having an ice dispenser on each floor, which was another oddity, but we were ok with that. No complimentary breakfast, but there was an area where they served food if you wanted to order it for 24hrs. They have shampoo and body soap dispensers that are attached to the wall under the shower head. First time we saw that, and not sure if we liked it or not because it can be opened by guests and refilled, but it was better if you use a lot of shampoo and conditioner. They use Bliss products which was nice. Room was very well lit, with two separate overhead reading lights at the bed. Indoor pool was nice since it closed at 11pm. The water was a good temp but theres lots of chlorine in that water though. Overall a clean and neat experience at this hotel. I'd recommend it.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower could be better. It didn't feel strong enough to wash away all the soap.
Hard to get out of the parking lot of the hotel into the main road, as the stop light took about 8 minutes to change to green. Not sure if this may be a city street light issue, but they should probably have a better exit onto a main road.
Bathroom could be a bit bigger as the fridge was underneath the bathroom sink.
Pros: I had an extremely pleasant stay, and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable option right outside of Boston that has exceptional customer service. I stayed here on a visit from FL to see my family, and wanted to enjoy the serene environment of Lexington as an escape from the city. Everything was flawless with our stay.
Pros: The building is a leed gold, which means green energy efficient building with great indoor air quality. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I would love to stay there again.
Cons: The pool water was full of salt and chlorine.
Pros: Very clean, modern and the staff was so helpful and sweet.
Cons: Not a thing.

Pros: I loved the character of this place. The food is good, and cheap. The live music was awesome. The town is great. I will be back someday.
Pros: Service is always wonderful, and the staff make the visit quite enjoyable. The Inn has a unique, very appealing charm.
Pros: With history and hopsitality aplenty, Concord's Colonial Inn is the the perfect place to stay when visiting historical New England. Friendly staff and great kitchen.
Pros: Proximity to Middlesex school.

Pros: We were upgraded. Breakfasts were very good. Staff very helpful. We stayed an extra day. Bed very comfortable. Internet worked well. Will come back next year during 3 1/2 month trip to the south.
Cons: They asked for all this information from me while the room wS prepaid. The furniture lobby was unclean and worn out. It really gave me a bad impression the moment I walked in. The room was not throughly cleaned either. No thanks!
Pros: Staff was very pleasant and accommodating as well as quick. Cleaning staff and other staff always smiled and greeted my through the hallways. Room was clean and everything worked properly (lights/AC unit/bathroom).

Pros: I loved my room! It was clean, spacious and comfortable! Loved the pillows, loved the mattress and loved the sheets. I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros: Location, location, location. It was perfect for our needs.
Cons: We were on the ground floor which was great but the person in the room above was a pacer and we heard every foot step of it. It needs to be updated and soundproofed. Staff was nice, room was clean, Nice to have a kitchenette.
Pros: The location made it easy to get into Lowell. And the front desk people (Not the Manager) and breakfast attendant were very nice.
Cons: The manager has the worst customer service skills. Didn't care about making a guest happy. Made his front desk attendant look bad. Cheap scratched furniture. Bathroom had hair in it. And they charge a lot more to our service members.
Pros: Large room suites with refrigerator.
Cons: Breakfast wasnt that great.
Pros: staff and room
Pros: Convenient. Had multiple bedrooms which was useful for two adults traveling together. Had a kitchen. Breakfast was useful and adequate.
Cons: The structure is stick built and the deck between floors is wood and acts as a drum. Consequently even reasonable and normal behavior in the rooms above creates a drum effect. The kitchen had barely enough cutlery etc. for two.
Pros: Location -room was recently renovated. It met my expectations.
Cons: There must have been a bachelorette party going on at night in a room next door because there was screaming in the hallway @ 2:30am, girls were yelling at each other. Thank goodness we had the air conditioner on all night.
Pros: nice place...beautifully decorated, clean and well designed
Cons: Not a thing
Pros: Suite style rooms, including microwave and fridge, comfortable beds, decent free breakfast, quiet area, lots of parking
Cons: The eggs at breakfast did not seem like real eggs.
Pros: The room itself was nice for the price paid. It had a small kitchen complete with stove, sink, microwave, and full fridge. The bed was comfy.
Cons: We arrived at 6:30 to check-in for a race the next day. The room was not ready. When we got to our building the hallways reaked of smoke. The room had an awkward layout with the t.v.- you could only see it at a slant from the bed. Broken running toilet.
Pros: Spacious and staff were courteous.
Cons: Pool was closed for season.
Cons: The refrig made notice everytime it turned on and off think it was room 227

The bar closed to early in the evening.
