One of our beds only had a sheet on it. After 'proving' to housekeeping that we were missing a comforter, we were brought a lumpy, stained blanket (no wonder they wrap them in sheets).The breakfast buffet was nearly depleted when we went to breakfast. Pros (+) I enjoyed the location. It was nice being attached to the mall didn’t have to exit the building. Also it is surrounded by a nice shopping area. I was trying to book a room downtown and booked this one by mistake but still very much enjoyed it
Cons (-) Large red stain on the floor. I also booked the room the same day and requested a king size bed. I was told check in wasn’t until 4. Me and my boyfriend waited until about 430 and the room still wasn’t ready. Instead they offered us a double queen for the same price. I didn’t want to take it but I was already tired and accepted the room anyway.
Pros (+) That fact that it is connected to the mall is the BEST thing about this hotel.
